Few youtube videos indicate very bad and unhygenic food at Rai resort. Also, absence of light (on interverter) and hot water from evening.

Honestly, we are very satisfied with our experience with Rai Resort! If you check our Tinchulay videos, and the review video on Rai Resort specifically, you will get an idea of how we enjoyed our stay there.
However, since there were no power-cuts during our stay, I am not sure about the inverter's performance.
We were very satisfied with the food served out to us, considering both taste and hygiene. We loved the chapatis, the momos, and a special dish we got to taste: Chilly Begun (Chilly Brinjal) 😋
However, taste preference is very subjective, and may vary from person to person!
We are planning another trip to Tinchulay mid-2023 with our parents, who are quite aged. I believe this place would be suitable for both children as well as aged people 👍
Special note: the behaviour and hospitality we received from the homestay owners was amazing - we felt like we were at home all the time ☺️

Jior network achhe - but jaega hishebe strong and weak hoe jae. Rai resort er maximum jaegae e jio weak Amar chhilo. But kichhu jaega theke abar smooth video call korechhilam.
I would say not really reliable. But resort e wfh er jonno wifi er baebostha achhe if you discuss it with them in advance 😊

Car parking area is there. For driver accommodation, you’ll have to speak to Mr Ajit Rai to know about the current fees for drivers, if any ☺️

Bike park kora jabe onek jaega. And yes, bonfire hoe - ager theke jigesh kore neben just to be sure 😊

how far is the viewpoint from the resort?
There's a viewpoint inside the resort - which is present in the thumbnail of our vlog. The other one is approximately 30 minutes from the resort, Gumbadhara Viewpoint .

Room rent n fooding alada. Amra jokhon gechhilam tokhon approximately Double Room ₹1800 chhilo, and food package ₹650 per person per day chhilo as far as I can remember.
It would be best to call the resort and confirm the present rates with them.

I tried to book Rai resort bt didn't get it's totally full now. I am going within one week.pls recomment me any other resort near this view point.
Gurungs Guest House is another good homestay. Also, you can check Aviraj Homestay in Tinchuley. However, since the number of homestays is less in Tinchuley, it might be tough to get booking at a short notice.

You may also try Dawaipani homestays like Biren Rai homestay, Adda Hut homestay or Rovers Eco Stay. You can visit all viewpoints from this offbeat place as well.
