He just couldn’t stop himself. Self suck is more important to him than a promise. Its an addiction that’s literally killed him so many times.
I 100% agree with Austin on his body dysmorphia, cause the skinnier and more in shape you get the more you can fixate on how your "perfect self" would look. Like in my experience once you start critiquing and picking apart youself in the mirror it is very hard to be happy with where you are at.
Like personally I lost 35lbs in 4 months (for severe stomach issues that are still ongoing and a mystery so I do not recomend) and I have been told by drs there isn't much more weight I could lose but I still look in the mirror and see issues and spots of weight I would want to fix. Body dysmorphia is a rabbit hole that is easy to fell into and very hard to claw back out of.
Also they way gym bros count calories, bulk & cut, and count macros looks so similar to ED's that no one can convince me they aren't a form of it
Actually so true. Definitely still have body issues but they were wayyy worse when I was skinnier. Weird how that works.

i have huge body dysmorphia issues and i cant even afford HRT.. but it was kinda cathartic to hear others who have the means still have the same type of issues. it sucks, but.. at least i dont feel as alone i guess

No one is honest anymore and I hate it so here is the truth- I couldn’t lose weight until I started taking Adderall. Now I’m the skinniest I’ve ever been, happiest I’ve ever been, and healthiest I’ve ever been. I know I’ll gain it back when I stop taking Adderall but for now I am so thankful. That’s honest.
