idea: get your friends into the toytown you made and reskin a bunch of NPC's to look like you, the NPC's can be killed, you have to disguise as a toy- NPC, and whoever finds you first wins your channel, the twist is that none of them are you and you're actually disguised as one of your friends, that friend will be commentating you

Idea: Invite a few friends one at a time to speedrun, saying it's a race to see who's the fastest. However, there's a secret third friend sabotaging them along the way - It's actually a race to see how quickly they realise there's a third player.

Invite your friends to see a some builds you’ve made, but every build is identical. When they say the builds are the same, change something when they aren’t looking and say that it was always like that.

Build a stage and make your friends to a talent show
Jimmy if you see this, I've got a great ideas (but it's a long one): 2vs2 situation can be cool for teaming up like for example: Underground only, overworld only player which is have to meet up like rabbit and cat meeting at the hole just to exchange food/metal resources and information and plans etc; King and bodyguard scenario is pretty good, and choosing characters like Elf Dwarf Goblin Giant with each players ability is different etc but you can't choose same one from other 3 players, and outcome is different.
And can spice it up by timer or something, and even hidden treasure hunt for boosting players stats like hunger games, and completing extra quests for max enchanted strong weapon like collect certain item that you wouldn't normally get before opposing team completes it etc.
I guess if more details are needed, then here it is:
*"Underground & Overworld"* players:
Each team has a player who got opposite role and taboo.
Like Underground player can only able to get food and wood from Overworld player, while the Overworld player must not swim at pool, ocean, and only can mine 1 block below means he cannot mine mountains or caves unless it's a stronghold founded by ender eye. However both player can go to end means nether is also allowed as long as portal material provided by the Underground player.
Overworld player is Farmer, Lumberjack and trader
Underground player is Miner, Demolition man (who can set a elaborate trap against opposing team especially overworld one), Aquaman if you want, and blacksmith.
*King and Bodyguard players*
This one with Bodyguard is indeed done by some CZcamsrs but I changed it so it became unique and never done before.
King ofc have low health and always needed Bodyguard for him to survive until he beats Ender Dragon
But Bodyguard got lot of hp and got powerful weapon and have a 1 totem of undying etc. Can die infinitely. But it really doesn't matter if king is assassinated. Which is Opposing team can be very interesting. You have 2 different options:
1.Both team have a King and Bodyguard and if they confronts, Bodyguard became assassin against their enemies. First king dies loses.
2. Opposing team got a Mercenary assassin and Boss (who hired the assassin). If you can assassinate the boss of opposing team, Mercenary is out, and Boss is on his own with one life remains, because why not. And basically Boss have to kill king himself if he is dead 1 time. But after boss came from afterlife, he get elytra. If he can get a rocket material quickly, then it comes handy for assassinate the King.
About Elf and Dwarf etc... It depends on a custom resource pack or adjustment and basically giving them good mining speed or flying ability or eat only vegetables etc. But 2 vs 2 can be interesting depends on which player's choice can suits others choice and it will may be a complete failure or dream teamwork. So many outcome if you make a custom buff and nerf for a certain role, basically Team Fortress 2 but instead 2 vs 2 players in minecraft.
And I really doubt Jimmy would watch this but if you do, that's brilliant, fantastic.
Idea: invite different friends to play Minecraft for "fun," and while you talk to them get everything about them wrong and see who takes the longest to say something about it.
Get all your friends to build something that reminds them of you and then rate them.
Make a server with just these guys, just an amazing dynamic

Dare or Build Challenge
like truth or dare, but you have to either choose dare or build. and both of you and your friend do it together and try to finish the task as soon as possible. the one who finish the task first win.
example:
you play with grian and impulse.
1. you ask grian to choose either dare or build, grian choose build, you told him to build a creeper made out of ice block
2. impulse will ask you to choose either dare or build, you choose dare, impulse told you to find an 3 enderman and put it in a boat
3. grian ask impulse to either dare or build, impulse choose dare, grian told impulse to do water bucket jump in 100 block height
4. the one who finish first get a point.
5. you aim for 3 points.
Idea: You must learn to PVP enough where you can beat one of your friends at least.

Build a little set on a Minecraft server (stage, curtains, etc) and put on a play with and/or for your friends. Maybe something like a Shakespeare scene, or a bit from a famous movie (Toy Story?) or maybe dramatize one of the Life games.

Invite you're friends on and don't talk to them. Guide them through building a simple hut with zero vocal communication or chat so you need to gind another form of comunication. (Death mesages are permited). The one who has the most patience win. Once the hut has been finished and is livable (so all the basic interactive tables like crafting tables and furnaces etc, etc), you may talk to them. If they rage quit, they loose.
How would that work tho, cause they’ll join and they won’t do anything so it’s impossible unless there’s some signals he can do or clues

Death race: Get a small group of your friends and take turns to die the fastest. But it's not that simple. When one person is taking their turn in survival the others are in creative and have to do everything possible to keep them alive. The only exception to this challenge is that they cannot die from starvation and you cannot build bedrock or obsidian completely around them. That would make it too easy. The quickest one to die gets to rebrand one social of their choice for 24 hours.
