That's a ROUGH call for a PK. Ugh, hate to see the Sounders lose like that...
Crazy to see that PK decision upheld
Without VAR this is not a major tournament. Maybe Garber was right.
Did you watch the first 40 seconds where they showed the VAR and AVAR in the VOR?
@@johnmcgimpsey1825 How does VAR do their job with 2 angles that basically have fan's beers blocking it
Dude with 7 mls game under his belt reffing a semifinal? Where was he before, lafc?
crazy ref. justice for my seattle
"VAR couldn't make a conclusive decision, fan in stands was blocking camera"
And now LAFC has another final to lose in
Dang, no wonder it rains a lot in Seattle from all their fans crying nonstop😂
It's pretty obvious who they wanted to win this game. That wouldn't be a PK for seattle, nor would that offsides have been called if that was LAFC in the final minutes.
Weird that people think refs care about who wins - their continuing in their profession depends on getting calls right. Morris was offside by at least a yard, and ti would have been called at any point in any game. There's no reason to think the penalty was motivated by anything other than getting the call correct - it's a judgment call, but it was reviewed - it's hard to tell from the video's angle, but the ref had a straight shot and didn't hesitate. Do you really think a conspiracy among 4 field refs, two VAR refs, and an unknown number of folks at US Soccer could work without leaking?
Learn how to lose with grace
I mean it was an incredibly obvious mis call that gifted the game to LAFC. And it's not the first time... Maybe not bias, maybe just incredibly inept officials. But either way MLS REALLY needs to do something about the officials, because they've ruined quite a few of these games
