What a character TIV 2 is. It's honestly incredible now that I think of it to look back on how far she's come since her conception, and how far we, in our quest to better understand the weather, have come too. Here's to many more years of traveling the open roads and getting many a tornado to come. :)
Also tiv 1 was found on a farm and was rescued right now it’s awaiting being restored in a semi garage in Kansas somewhere I believe it’s the same place tiv 2 was restored 🤔 the current owner wants to paint her black and fit her out with fast deploying hydraulic piston spikes and lower it to the ground and rebuild the engine I think 🤔 and replace all the old polycarbonate windows , cut off the rear hatch

The tiv 3 idea was taken off Wikipedia in early 2018, telling everyone there won't be another vehicle. Tiv 2 will always remembered and even though the tiv line only ended after the 2nd vehicle, they'll always be remembered as beasts to survive these tornadoes. We'll miss you tiv family and Sean...

This Matt hughes died in episode "dedication"or 3 interceptions. Tim samaras died in tornado,Joel Taylor friend Reed Timmer...sad all inclued Tiv 2 so amazing interception car for go in tornado.😔😔😔
I think the tivs are missed of their owner Sean Casey but the tivs will be fuxed but the tiv 2 is already fixed and new and the tiv 1 still work in progress

back flap always got stuck, if they intercepted the lenbanon ef4 with back flap the back flap would've most likey came open and the intercept would've 100% ended in disaster

I'm familiar with all the common TIV 2 pictures, but where did all the rare under reconstruction photos come from?
a couple of people I know have photos saved, and they let me use those, others... well... you gotta dig DEEP in the internet for those.
