Pl. Check section 01:00 to 01:30 time section of the vedio. You have reversed the naming/labeling Endosteal(Periosteal/Outer) layer of DURA MATTER with Meningeal(Inner ) layer of Dura matter. (The collection between these two layers is called EPI-DURAL collection.
----- By fingers you have shown correctly , but in figure you have reversed. --EMISSARY veins DO NOT PASS thru Meningeal layer. They passes thru Endosteal(Periosteal) layer to go outside cranium.

Bhai inner ear ki anatomy pe bhi koi video bana do parts function structure.ap ka smjhany ka trika bht aasan or acha hai main ne apki videos outer or middle ear pe bnai gai videos dekhi hain internal ear ki bhi chahiye bht saray logon ki videos dekhi lekin ap Jesa kisi ne nhi btaya
