Beautiful song. This was just played at my niece's memorial. She contracted brain cancer at age 3. After four years of miserable treatments and chemo which crippled her she finally breathed her last breath in her mother's arms. You're free now little one. Rise and fly.
We had the privilage of having the MLC choir in our WELS congregation last month in Duluth, MN. This song gave me the chills when they sang it. I have heard a few other choirs perform it since, but no one does it better than MLC. The rich vocals from the soloists are amazing, and the group as a whole is phenominal! They blew us away! Thank you MLC for sharing your gift with us!
