Great Video as always. The oiling of the pan was just that however, seasoning is accomplished by polymerizing the oil at temperatures over 400° f for at least an hour. Im pretty sure from watching your videos that the pan has been well seasoned from repeated use.

You know whats good, get a bunch of jalapenos, cut out the seeds and core, put them in a blender and add garlic, salt, and little oil, blend it up, then add a big tablespoon of mayonnaise, and blend a little more. It's great on chicken and steak.

Need new camera man. f-stop is low so everything is way out of focus. That works nice in portraits or if there even or clear back ground. But this busy fortest background and close ups, it is so difficult to find area for the eye to focus and it is PAINFUL to watch. Previously have watched dozens of your videos and have tried last couple fo times, but this out of focus is making it impossible to enjoy and hard on eyes!
