That smooth on both sides infusion was very interesting, I was wondering how that can work. I imagine it's limited to the length you can do this and maybe you'd need to somehow block the flow on the sides.

Yes, I imagine there are limits. It was DEFINITELY slower than a traditional infusion. But if you can control the flow around the edges then I imagine you're limited only by the pot life of your resin.
