I think that the lace runner, or even a different style, would look nice, and you could find a piece of glass to fit the top of your Vanity Dressing Table. I've done this and it is easy to keep clean, and looks pretty. Love your doilies.

If it was me, I would go to a glass company and give them the measurements for top of vanity. Have them cut glass that size to protect the vanity. Then you could put lace runner down, then glass over lace. The glass would protect vanity and lace and still look pretty. Glass is not to expensive.

Do you have the link to the lights you purchased for your vanity? Love them they are like the perfect old Hollywood feel. I also had my jewelry holder next to my vanity but I moved it to another room because it looked so plain and boring but I love how you decorated with the mirror and perfumes I think I’m just going to bring it back and copy your style 😂

@@50shousewifeme74 that is what I did. Makeup can get messy. Even more so when a eye shadow or compact breaks. The glass will protect it.

The bare wood makes your vanity pieces pop out. I think it prevents it from looking cluttered ☺️
