I am retired now as a photographer here in Los Angeles. I was assigned to photograph Snoop four times for his TV reality show. I was surprised what a nice man he was to work with. He was kind to me and he respected me and gave the time I needed to complete my assignment. When it comes to work he is a good businessman with a lot of talent and that is why he is successful.
This is a perfect example of Howard at his best: a masterful interviewer, well-prepared, interested in his subject, asking great questions, shutting up so Snoop can speak, and following through on responses. I learned more about Snoop in this one interview than I have in decades of the typical useless rehash yakking that other "interviewers" have engaged in.

Snoop is a born peacekeeper. He would be an asset to helping in so many different areas: prison reform, police reform, race relations, community building, etc. His intelligence and EQ are off the charts-judging from his interviews, his books, music, and charity work, etc.
Snoop is one of the greatest entertainers of all time. His relationship with Willie is NOT one-sided. Willie is very quick to set people straight on how much he thinks of Snoop.
Howard is a treasure. Say whatever you want about him but he is the absolute legend! You can listen to his interviews for hours and hours and you will not feel that you listened for just few minutes.
I agree, I enjoy his interviews but there are times that he becomes over-exited about the guest and you can see his mind running away with him asking questions before the guest finished the previous question.
If stern is smart he uploads one of these long vids each week he has 10000 interviews anyways. this is the legacy stern you have the money make sure people remember you.

GREAT INTERVIEW HOWARD That's the best Howard Stern interview I've ever heard him do. He's a great interviewer. He's quick, sharp, knows so much in depth about the lives that intertwined with Snoop Dogg, his life and rap music. He asks the deep questions and cuts in with some really interesting questions. He's with Snoop Dogg in getting him and what he's talking about. I've admired Snoop Dogg for a few years as a businessman. First time I saw him was in the HBO show Weeds. I thought who was that bad mofo. He had presence walking into that scene. This interview really gave me a better idea of who he is. There was three times in the interview, that I saw Snoop Dogg seemed sad. Howard touched that part of him.
