For the same size standard two bedrooms (115 sq m).
On average how many 42.5R cement bags are required for the foundation concrete? And averagely how much will a mason charge as contract in Tema areas?
Averagely how many 32.5R cements bags are required to lay the 1225 blocks mentioned in the video? And averagely how much will a mason charge on contract in the Tema areas?
Finally how much will it cost to excavate a foundation length of 115 square metre or 377 feet in the Tema areas? If you can provide for both manual digging and machine.

I love your introduction but you didn’t mention the amount of Cement blocks, Water and cost of Workmanship. I think you should have finished to the flow of the foundation on the Clip. But on the whole I think a good start as this is your first I have watched. I have subscribed and hoping to see more interesting videos from Construction Wizards. Thank You
