Well aside from part 1, 3, and stone ocean (6) puuchi is acting according to dio and serves as his physical manifestation not really making any of his own decisons. Technically 1 to 6 is still the battle against dio just not always directly which is why stone ocean is the definitive end of the long battle between the joestars and dio. Like kira is only a villain because of dio and enya's actions in egypt.
On 15:16 they point on the sky mean that they never forget who has dead while fighting the enemy ,you can see there are 3 people on the sky cloud(they point at them too)
1:25 The mask turns humans into vampires and it activates when it comes in contact with blood so you'd need to wear it and then smear blood on it to get it to work. And the origins of the stone masks are explained in part 2 : )

yeah no lmao DIO is one of the STRONGEST villains in JoJo. He literally only lost because of his ego and allowing Jotaro, the ONE person that can counter him, to adapt to his Time Stop. DIO in his peak at the end of Part 3 has a 9-11 second time stop PLUS his vamp abilities, the most common ones being regeneration and his super strength. Dude shits on Diavolo, Kira and Pucci solely because of the fact he's a powerhouse that can regenerate. I'd say it's DIO Pucci Diavolo Kira Kars Kars goes to top place if he can do the same things he does in the novel as perfect Kars.
