WHO-CC AIIMS New Delhi has created new set of webinars on different components of essential newborn care and sick newborn care based on current evidence. These webinars would be value addition to learning, if supplemented with skill demonstration. These may be used for flip class teaching by teachers in medical & nursing colleges . In India the infra structure is poor in many parts .in so many states there is no pediatrician available at birth. Even general public is also not aware that pediatrician should be present.that is why gynic people are taking the advantage.it is the bitter truth of this country.

Agree but everything takes time to fix . Also for normal Births u not always need Pediatrician, train everyone at Delivery point Nurses /Obs / Midwifes !
