I use the Capacitor with my skill build. Striker drone and Assault turret. 2 piece Hana U 3 piece Empress. I like to use this build when I'm feeling lazy or distracted with the household nonsense, just duck in cover and let the skills do the work.

If you pair it with a second piece of the Brand, you can get 2 extra skill tiers for the capacitor!
All you need to do is put a skill tier on the Picaro and weapon damage on the second brand set piece.

I’m only level 27 I just started playing Conflict I’m loving it you get a lot of ex points and loot keep making those PVP build vids it really is helpful to have your input on creating builds for PVE and especially PVP !

Yes, the damage on the gun does that all the time you have to go to the stats and back out and then it will fix itself
would momento give more damage after stacks? plus you get a free yellow core to add damage to the capacitor and a little survivabilty.

The only Walker & Harris chest piece i had was the named chainkiller wich came with Perfect Headhunter, its great fun. Me and a random just went round doing some Heroic Bounties and a few checkpoints to get my Shepherd Rating up.
Great video. I got capacitor with crit chance instead dmg to target out of cover. Should I roll it is it that much of a power difference?
If you have some one in your team that as the BTSU glove the`` over charge``boost the capacitor too in become crazy try that

would this work with the memento backpack? with full stacks you get 30% weapon dmg plus the 15% from the red core Plus 7.5% from the yellow you get more armor and amor regen then the short term stacks
I’ve been running it with 6 skill tiers technically 4 reds and a blue. 62 rounds in mag and hitting for an average of 550-600k and at the moment I’m farming palisades for crit/crit damage, too see if I can get my damage up a little more. But lvl 6 skills and that much damage is nice.

What happens if while running summit, my main character grabbed 2 pieces for the exotic chest piece from the crates, then I switched to my 2nd character, and that character got the third piece? Can I share the pieces, or will it still drop for my main character? Or am I screwed now?

I just added 2 more brazos for 60 mag, no contractor and a picaros with yellow core i think its better for me.

Regarding the wrong stats, there seems to be something strange in general. I just got the Bighorn, went to the shooting range with my Striker DPS and tested it with the new AR, switched then back to St. Elmos and my headshotdamage was -13% after, before it was 75%. Just checking out the bighorn changed all my Builds in relation to headshotdamage. I need to log out to fix this. BR from Germany

Just tried this build, except with perfect glass cannon chest and 2 piece grupo for backpack and holster but with the same atts and talent as you and it shreds…. Not bad not bad,
Easily gets shredded though so gotta play alot more cautious
I run a pretty much identical build with a vector as secondary, if someone runs up to me I just switch to my vector which is already at max crit chance and gain the full crit damage buff from the coyote's.
Why would you use Fenris above Walker Harris 3rd piece? Seems like a missed opportunity to me
You can. I’d rather have higher numbers on all the other hits before the health. Health melts like butter my guy.

nice vids as usual- however you may want to open with the disclaimer that the gear used is all maxed levels and stats, that is an important factor in getting the full power of the gear. I am liking the build though. - however the glass cannon talent? hmm, while it does hit harder, it is nonetheless super super freaking annoying, 1 or 2 hits from mobs and boof dead, bip bap- armor gone then dead. especially when enemies swarm from behind.
First of all, you’re the division CZcamsr I mostly respect. Your builds are inspiring, but(😮)all do respect I totally disagree. Just because everyone uses the capacitor doesn’t make it Meta. Meta is for me the weapon that does the most kills in a group mission repeatedly. I can join groups halfway through a mission and still get more kills. I challenge anyone to run capacitor and run any mission with me and see who is Meta. Thanks for your inspiration Kami. Love your channel. Peace

I really want to like the Cap, but low RPM and small mag keeps it in the stash most of the time. Be nice to see it get an RPM buff up to at least 850 and a mag to 50...
Great post..but YO I can not change any.....any of my exotic weapons, Everytime i hear it I get into the game and it does not allow me to change it!!
You have to go to the reconfigure tab on the crafting station it’s completely different from recalibrating a regular weapon

It hits hard but not efficient as a hybrid. If you going to run and gun like this. Stiker is just way better. I run as a hybrid. I run 6 skill teir, still at 146k...1 mil armor way more efficient.
HOW TO GET COYOTE'S MASK? in 2024? where farm?
Anywhere you can target masks. Run countdown. And just exotic caches.
Why don’t you try a different sector like solar farm or mlk

Even if you don’t know them. Just stick with the team and focus together. You’ll knock it out with ease.
Its hitting hardish - but that silly small magazine just kills its viability imho - and that rpm 😖 U can pair all ARs with that build nevertheless, Capacitor adds absolutely nothing to the build overall.
I can agree the mag size is super small like the bighorn. Not a fan

They better not nerf it! I been using it and said the Capacitor is easily a Top 3 gun PRIOR to this update! People acting new to it..

A 6 skill tier Capacitor hybrid build rolled with CHC/CHD instead of Skill haste/Dmg, Picaros holster, NinjaBP & whatever other pieces you want, there are soo many good options with this combo! 4-5 directive Herioc turns into easy mode with Turret/Drone combo, especially at lvl 14+ expertise.
What are they going to nerf? This build been around for years. The only difference is you can now roll DTTOOC on the capacitor.
