Friday Night Funkin' is a Newgrounds rhythm game made in HaxeFlixel originally created for Ludum Dare 47. Programmed by ninjamuffin99 with a soundtrack produced by Kawai Sprite and artwork created by PhantomArcade and evilsk8r, the game can be played on Newgrounds or played/downloaded for free on Itch.io.
The plot of the game centers around Boyfriend trying to hook up with Girlfriend, but her ex-rockstar father Daddy Dearest doesn't approve of him. It's up to Boyfriend to rap battle his way through him and anyone else that stands in his way so that he can finally get freaky! Think you got what it takes?

The charting is so good, The patterns are not too hard, easy to read, even with the death notes, it's not too spammy, and note speed is fast but not to the point of not seeing it. This is really amazing!

I knew that from one look at that design Tactie would feel right at home in a Madness Combat setting and jesus christ does this work so perfectly! Her animations are so expressive and those parts where she shoots back are so freaking sick! Bombastic was super amazing, nostalgia with a hint of Tactie's badassery? I LOVE it!

This is one of the best Madness Combat mods for FnF, I love the use of Accelerant (best hank song imo) and how it's not just dodging bullets but returning fire at the opponent! Plus the second song basically being a reference to Fruit Ninja with shooting the fruit is really creative and makes me want more references to OG app store games like Temple Run and Jetpack Joyride. All in all this is a great mod and I can't wait for it's release!
