    Great, but what about the backward Rotation to generate power, should it breaks up the rhythm or fluidity of the movement to the ball?

    I think I’m leaning too far over on my defensive open forehand lung. It’s injuring my lower back a lot, and I’ve lost all flexibility there. Any tips to fix this? Is it just too weak?
