This is very inspiring. I am nearly 60 and also suffer from knee pain. I have started working out with specific exercises to strengthen the legs muscles. Sometimes I have a setback and get a bit discouraged but examples like this one give me fresh energy to persevere in my better health journey.

I am very proud of you and you are an example. You are not old, don’t say that. It’s your health that matters. I am in my mid 50’s and just found out that I have diabetes and diagnosed with high blood pressure 2 yrs. When I found out of the diabetes I started taking control of my health like never before not for weight loss but for my mid and body. I have started eating healthy and exercising. My high blood pressure is normal now and most of the time I manage to get my blood sugar to stay stable at 6.0. Keep going young lady and you are an inspiration to young and “old” alike.
