Why don't you ever bring totes or get some of those large IKEA bags? At least with bags you can fill them up quickly and get a quick getaway.
I've seen and heard Them say that they should've taken some totes because they're always finding them but they actually never have any with them.. 16:14

Some pet foods have been recalled because of being harmful. Always check for recalls.

We started using wood pellets for cat liter. It soaks it and if you keep it clean there is no smell and the cost is almost nothing😊

I don't think there is a store anywhere that donates their merchandise....So much stuff just waisted when the homeless and low income people could really use it !!!

Actually Walmart will if you fill out a request form and provide a tax ID. Just not to individuals. Nonprofit organizations only.

What a score. Sometimes I wonder about these recalls, especially on the cleaners. I had wondered if the pump hand soap was on recall since you didn't get any of them.

what i use to do is back my truck up with the tailgate down as close as possible if i was alone or not but it was easy to load faster

Sometimes when I get a lot of extra bread I dry it in the oven and crush for bread crumbs or cube it and put garlic and onion spices on it and make croutons. Just an idea.

Glad ya’ll knew about the recalls. My store still have its Fabulosa in the back of the counter. Our store manager doesn’t want to throw it out yet 🤷🏻♀️.
Sadly the dumpsters in my area have either locked up or now destroy like crazy . The homeless roamers moved in over a year ago and kept making huge messes and ruined dumpster diving in my areas .
Same in my area, the many homeless either rummage through it or they are locked up to keep them out of them.
The best way. I clean stuff. Is baking soda and vinger it's great!! You can't beat it

There are only 4 lots that were recalled for the Fabuloso. The Dollar General near me didn't check them and threw out all of it. None of them were the recalled lots.

Am amazed by all thr recalls you guys have!! We really don't have that many and even if you did some would still eat or use it! The cost of living is soooooo high here! It's madness.

With the amount of bread and eggs you guys find on a regular basis, you could always bake trays of bread pudding and freeze it or give to a local shelter or two, since that stuff is very perishable.

i watch and tell my family i'm learning how to dumpster dive. figure i will have to wait until they put ladders on the inside of the dumpsters as i am now 76 with a bum knee and would not be able to get back out of them if i got in.. i think it is great that you donate to families in need.

Folks are having trouble buying food and for their animals and it’s thrown out like this I support everything your doing to save as much as you can. Please donate it to the needy. Wasting food of any kind makes me mad. As a child living in the back woods of Kentucky literally starving to death, makes me be careful about food.

The soap has a recall on it due to some bacteria. I just really wanted to be cautious and not end up tossing out a ton like I did on the cleaner. This dumpster diving can be work! There are also other divers in the area that can get it if they want.
@@curbsidejunkies I had no idea about the hand soap but I knew about the cleaner which makes me wonder how can cleaner have bad bacteria in it if it's supposed to kill bad bacteria, right?

glad to see you mention donating all the food. BUT! The coffee pods in water! YUCK! I can't imagine the bacteria and germs in that water that seeped into the boxes/coffee 🤢
The pods are plastic and the tops are aluminum so nothing can seep into them unless they are punctured. I found out by dumb luck.. I dropped my pod into my sink full of soapy water.

There was a recall on the Vienna sauages at one point. I feed them to my dogs, and I went almost a month unable to find them at Walmart due to the recall.

You can make a boat load of bread pudding yummy.
Talking about pet shelters they're not only in need of dog food and cat food they are also need of blankets and towels so when you find blankets and towels when you're out dumpster diving take them wash them and bring them to your to your nearest shelter
On the vienna sausages, they were produced between December 2022 and January 2023 but their best by date is December 2024 and January 2025. If they have the code P4247 on the bottoms by the best buy date then they are recalled. Be sure you check the bottoms for that code.

Many stores have a contractual agreement with suppliers to destroy items when throwing away. It is the manufactures request, not the stores.

Armour Vienna sausage produced the recalled meats between Dec. 12, 2022 and Jan. 13, 2023 and shipped them to retail stores nationwide. The affected cans also have the code “P4247″ inscribed on the bottom of the can near the “best by” date.
