Hello Everyone. You can add 3rd party spares like gears on the Rockrider ST20, these gears are not available at Decathlon or the Decathlon workshop. However remember that adding 3rd party spares like gears are considered to be modifications that will void your 2 year guarantee that you get on these bikes when you purchase them. I hope this information helps.
Thank you. Yes I think you are right. But I live in remote village. Where local mechanic can't fix a simple thing of my old my bike ss. If I go to town then they ask service charge so high that I can't help myself but call them thieves. I wanted to say that there is no good bicycle at low price. I currently have a budget of 15K but could not find a reliable bike for long distance commuting. Daily 60Km from home to work and return. There are no simple yet reliable bike for long ride. I'm sure if I but Btwin ST100 or Montra Madrock any of this will not last after couple of months. So I have decided to do self sabotage and will start commuting to job via local train. May God save me from Virus 19.
Bro what's the maximum weight that the cycle can withstand.?
Since it's a steal frame it should withstand upto 120 kgs comfortably
Gears are something I am missing in this bike. Otherwise it's really very smooth. My maximum ride was 55 km in this bike with high elevated road. It makes it very tough for me in elevated roads. Can you please answer if adding gears externally to this bike will improve my experience in elevated roads or not? How much cost it might take to add gears in this?
Loved the clarity of information and simplicity of the video 👌.. The feature I loved is the quick release function.. Makes for easy adjustment without having to get assistance.
Also liked the fact that the bars are designed to make it a truly unisex bike.

Hieeee Andrew!! Recently started following you and subscribed to your channel and I really like how your videos are easy for a layman like me to understand... The ST20 is so cool to look at.. The colours are really attractive... The feature that I like most about the Rockrider ST20 is the easy release function especially in the seat... I know it will be really helpful for me because I am obese and have recently started getting a little more active and have been considering getting a bike for small chores and to get a little workout in between.. I also love the two finger brake system... And not to mention the colours again, But just, wowwwwww.....

Yes totally true. Indian roads are not flat anywhere but in 6 months my butt become more or less flat. I'm almost every day riding 30+30Km my btwin my bike ss. From June 2020 still today. All road bumps, potholes, pain going straight in to my a**. Nothing I can do about it.

I've been researching the appropriate cycle I can gift my mother this Diwali and I've been extremely disappointed with the lack of well designed unisex cycles that cater to women. I like the fact that rockrider has added the low frame option so it can be an entry level MTB cycle for women at an affordable price. The feature I like the most is the durability factor of ST 20 with its aluminium alloy wheels and lifetime warranty on the frame.

Favorite feature of Rockrider ST20 is the quick release for the seat adjustment and for the front wheel.
The feature I like most definitely has to be the quick release adjustment system. The overall look of the bike is very neat as well. Keep up the good content Andrew!

I have a question to ask you, I ordered Rockrider ST 520 and it is about to reach me in next 1 or 2 days, I have issue with getting my bike into my home, can I use front wheel quick release to dissemble the tyre every day ? Then only 680mm handle bar will get into my home pathway which is 600 mm, I am hoping that you will respond me
If the bike has a quick release you can open it everyday, but like anything else there will be wear and tear, i recommend not to do it everyday

You should be able to fit gears, but you will void your warranty if you do so, because it will be see as a modification of the bike

I have a specific doubt regarding the low frame and the high frame. If the bike is to be shared by a 6'1 male and a 5'7 female can i go for the high frame (since you said it isnt too high) or should i go for the low frame so that its comfortable for the girl? Does the low frame have any riding disadvantages ?

Hello So if you are definitely going to be sharing the bike then yes i suggest go for the large Low Frame because the matte black is really cool and it should be the right balance for both you and the person you want to share it with, because you have the quick release seat adjustments, and I am always doing a Giveaway on this cycle in 5 days go checkout my insta page to know more.

So what I used in the video is a medium frame, what I suggest is that you go for a High frame Large size, and for your sister there's two colours of the low frame you can check in the link in the description below

Yes it's possible on this cycle, keep in mind it has no gears, but it's a good cycle to commute

If it's just for commute from work/college to home, and if you have a tight budget then, sure it's a decent cycle, you can check out the new st30 also at decathlon.
Would you recommend this bike for 6ft tall people especially with long legs?
You will have to get the large size but if you have a bigger budget you can go for st120 also but this works with the large size.

The rims that don't rust is a good feature as most of them in the market get rusted very easily.
You're right when I grew up we use to use kerosene to remove the rust from our rims, well the anodized aluminum is good
