I really like this your shot. From my point of view you could act by catching the hammer a little bit more like the hammer has more impact.
Maybe by making a step backwards. But even without it, its looks great. :)

Some pretty good techniques for filming the hammer, unfortunately even with though real, it looked very CG, most likely due to the static nature of the strap. Also bit of inconsistency with the catching shot with the use of the blower as your jacket is gets blow quite a bit in the first shot but then is back in it's original position and blown not as far, probably would of been best to have your arm straight at the start of the 2nd shot then bring back for the impact, then you can use your body to help blend clothes.
