    I was taught to remove the guts by breaking off the head and carefully pulling out all the "guts". Did you cook the fish with the guts still in it?

      Hi Ken Roser, thank you for the comment 😀 For this fish, it was already cleaned, with it innards removed by the seller. So it didn't have its guts and innards when it was cooked. Hope it helps 😀

      Hi P T. Most of the things in the fish stomach are the eggs, so I don't clean as I don't want to damage the eggs pocket. thanks for the comment 😀

      Hi senhuan, thank you for the comment 😀 I used Canola oil for this; however, any cooking oils can be used as long as it's unscented (no smell). Hope it helps 😀
