Honestly, I know you said in community posts that their relationship is platonic but I really see that they more likely to date than be just platonic friends, and I think even characters in story will continue to say that...
for the love of god if you make this a long stretched out haha for them to connect it is going to drive the readers nuts either rip the bandaid off and give them lovers by episode 3 or let them actually admit their love and try dating by the same you just gave us every teen drama series love cliche all combined in the intro! IT BURNS! i am afraid of where this is going but i have faith in you so keep being your wonderful self :)
