This video was seemingly scrubbed off the internet, and I don't really know why. It has lived rent free in my head for a while, so it was really devestating when it vanished. I finally managed to get my hands on a copy of it, and I feel like it would be doing the Pathologic 2 fandom a diservice for this video to be gone forever. I do not know where the person who made this video went or even who they were, every link to their social media has been deactivated. If someone can find them please let me know so I can credit them.

I have absolutely no idea what happened to the OP but I do think they were just a teen so bearing that in mind, sometimes if you're young getting off the internet and restarting your presence is preferable. Hope they're well.
Why would anyone hate teens for enjoying gory stuff? It's not like moral guardians would go out of their way to harass people into being more conservative? Even Republicans despise moral guardians to some extent, mostly because majority of them aren't fully conservative and just see it as a tested out lifestyle that is less chaotic and uncertain, prefering calculation over emotion according to scientists.

I honestly love the juxtaposition of Pathologic itself and its fandom. I kind of want to start playing it (I even own it, as I got it from some game bundle long time ago) but... I mean, you can probably guess why I - or anyone - wouldn't want to.
Start it!!!! i’d recommend pathologic 2 especially. people make it sound way worse than it is, sure it can be stressful but it’s also fun at times and incredibly rewarding. i was hesitant to play it too but it ended up being my favorite game of all time
The gameplay of pathologic 1 is fairly satisfying if you know the mechanics (read a guide). However it becomes piss easy after day 3 or so, so the main motivation to stomach all the walking from npc to npc becomes the music and the story
The expressions after the throwing knives is literally every player at some point during the game

What ending do you think is the best to provide to the "Powers that Be" ?
-On one hand, the "Humble" ending seems to be the one with the most character development for Clara, as she learns that even miracles have their destructive price. And it could teach the children that if they want the best of both worlds, they must be ready to sacrifice something of their own.
-On the other hand, the "Utopian" one could teach the children that there is nothing wrong in welcoming the painful end, because something new is going to be born out of the carcass of what's old. It can be both wonderful and terrifying. It's going to depend on how you approach it. And, it's the one that demands the less sacrifice from your part. It might look selfish at the first glance. But, in contrast with the "Humble", do you really think it's worth sacrificing yourself, when you know full well the chance of repetition in the future is high ? There's nothing wrong in having faith, but only when the logical safe options present more harm than good in your calculations.

I wished I could play the real deal on PS4. The actual first game. Because simply trying to watch it on CZcams...it takes all of the fun out. Then again, trying to see it on CZcams can allow me to have a more cinematic perspective of the three characters and their stories.

I've got a question. The writing in this game is made to feel unnatural, as if everyone is reading a script, since this game's point is that like the children, you're playing a game designed to have you wrap your head around certain concepts. Experiment on them.
And in my current fanfics, which are mainly focused on dimensional transhumanist beings who are still figuring out this whole divinity thing, my writing is either vague or unnatural, because I'm trying both to leave it open to people's imagination how the scenes play out if they were on screen, and because I'm trying to show these characters are still learning and get a hold of their current condition. All of this is meant to represent my struggle in getting writing correctly.
But, am I using my current ideas and concepts as an excuse for poor writing ? Or am I actually getting somewhere through this current method and lign of thought ? I need an opinion please. People are still reading my stories, but they don't provide me any feedback, so I don't know if I'm getting somewhere with them or if I am losing them.
Every choice is right as long as it is willed.
As long as it’s clear that that’s the point, it doesn’t even really matter if it’s a sideffect of bad writing or not, the intended effect still gets across.

Am I the only one who likes to pretend this game is set on the same universe as SOMA, thousands of years into the future, when humanity managed to rebuild, and the WAU is partially behind the plague and some of the game's creatures ? Just me ?
