I recently learned about Morgana First Strike, in my case I go with Gathering Storm as the last rune, and I buy Mejai ( even if it got nerfed already) because I participate in the team fights so I get some stacks until 10 stacks for the extra mov speed + Infinite Orb for more mov speed and extra dmg to low HP enemies
Ppl say rilay's not worth the slot. That you can replace it by the ice rune. In my experience this is totally wrong. I can't play without rilays. Am I wrong?

This build is lit i tried it Morgana top urgot got burnt easily even his tanky once he got hit by the combo 1st and 2nd skill his hp is down to half and if he got hit by the passive rune and the additional damage with ult his dead😂
