How great was it, Lori, you happened to be among others having the same problem with their animals and had a knowledgeable person who could help all of you. Lori, I watched LeaAnn and Ralph yesterday and thank you for checking on them while in the hospital and for Bryar’s delicious cookies. Poor Marilla, I hope she is better soon. It probably wouldn’t hurt to deworm the pigs as well and Rigsby… it’ll be harder to catch him before before he gets bad because his hair will hide it.
The bunny was so cute, so itty bitty and walking up, it looked like it was saying time for my feeding. It’s amazing the tiny spaces animals can fit through.
I will continue to pray for Bryar’s healing. ♥️

You may want to get some diamentacious earth (not sure of the spelling of the 1st word, and sprinkle it around in the goat pen. It won't hurt any of the animals. It kills parasites. Talk to Grandpa at Grandpa Doss farms. He just lost a pig and sprinkled it in his pot pen.

Bryar, you are one strong young lady. I'm so happy to see you. I've said it before and will say it again... your dad and I have a very similar sense of humour. I laughed so hard at the goat joke you said. It was hilarious. I too am thankful for you (and your family). You continue to be in my prayers and I think of you often, sweet girl.
I recently joined your Patreon (though I was only able to join the free level for now) and saw that one of the level's perks includes a hand-painted card from you. I didn't know you painted? I do too! I've been making cards for a long time - mini watercolor florals that I mount on cards. You should somehow market them so you can sell them as a set of 6 and then put that money back into your card making supplies and use the extra $ for yourself or for the farm, etc. I have no doubt that you could sell them!
I am going to guess that the day you went in for your test is the day that your mom popped in to see LeaAnn Doss while Ralph was in the hospital having his surgery. That was so kind and sweet of your mom to think of them. Sounds like Ralph is home now and is recovering at his own pace.

Ha! I always love your jokes!! I just told Bryar the other day that she could sell her cards. We would love to see your artwork too!
Unfortunately, goats have zero fight when it comes to fighting for their existence. She's very thin. I hope still having her babies with her will give her a reason to fight. You should probably treat the other goats for worms as well. Do you deworm on a routine basis? The one farm that I follow that has been raising goats for years upon years does a dewormer with the chamge of the seasons. Suggestion, wrap your bunny cage in chicken wire. You guys have been battling with those darned piggies escaping for forever lol. I will continue to keep Bryer in my prayers.
We used to worm them yearly, but now the vets are saying we should only worm when their eyelids start to fade, because of the resistance issue. We caught Marilla’s too late, so we’re trying to check weekly now.
Animals aren’t much different from people; they aren’t happy inside the fence, they want what is outside the fence. They don’t realize the fence is to protect them. Isn’t that just like us? God gives us “fences 17:03 ” in His law to protect us but we are always wanting to go our own thing. Maybe we can learn from the animals and learn to be content with living within God’s law.
