I was actually working with Alan in the car on this night and can confirm the calls about the cows. Prior to his sighting I was dropped off in the town centre to check that everything was secure and was picked up by Alan after the event and driven down to Burnley Road.

When I was about 10 I saw a spinning diamond UFO passed on top very close to us. It hovered on top of us for about 2 seconds then sped off. It appeared together with the sound of thunder since there was a storm that time. It looked bright and shiny like a diamond in jewelry but big and spining. I could never forget what I saw that day.

I've seen similar to what you saw Francis only it was oval shaped... Very shiny and pearl colouring, this was around May this year, and about 5 miles from the Todmorden police sighting. I've also seen a black triangle about a mile from Todmorden only a few months ago. I have a photo and a video,it moved off at extraordinary speed.

plus he had a mark on his right foot and his new boots were split open at the soles which no one could explain so he was obviously taken aboard the craft the original one is on youtube somewhere with the real copper it's a lot longer and very interesting.
imho - I'm pretty sure he saw a nuclear powered secret aircraft. These have been secret since they were banned in the 1960's. But all countries carried on regardless ..and came up with some interesting tech.

These craft are cleaner now then the originals were (and I believe most have stopped using them and moved on to bigger and better things). But, these nuclear craft could still cause radiation issues (especially when they crash) or if you are close to the vehicle while it is active.
And when they have crashed, militaries create a ufo crash conspiracy to cover it (at least, from the time these nuclear vehicles were banned and onwards from that date). No country wants to say they crashed a nuclear craft ;-)
In fact, various militaries have special recovery teams across the globe, specifically for dealing with crashes of secret craft.
There are a number of famous ufo cases which are really about these nuclear craft (and the problems they had with them during development).

I have seen a diamond shaped object in 2009 over Berlin Germany evening. At first It entered the athmosphere in a ball of flame and rather looked like a dot as it finished entering the athmosphere. As it flew into my direction it lowered the altitude rapidly. And when it was above my head i could figure out a diamand shaped object that was spinning. Without stopping it flew further into the direction of the center of my city. Its altitude was approximately 2 miles. But i could see it clearly. It made a slide turn coming from west and heading then north. It was amazing!

A friend and I saw a huge bright diamond shaped ufo back in 2019 above Hope Lake in CO. We watched it for a few minutes. My friend called the airport in Montrose, forest service and sheriffs office and no one knew anything g about weather balloons or military maneuvers. Totally strange.

Incredible sighting, the thing that sucks for witnesses, no matter how detailed and real the sighting is, many don't believe and it seems they end up having to defend their story for the rest of their lives. If I see a ufo, I'm not telling a soul, it's not worth it, you'll never get the answers you search for, always left wondering who or what it was you witnessed.

It's interesting. I don't remember the year exactly but it could've been around 1981, I saw the same diamond shaped UFO in Southern Brazil. Me and my cousins were gathered around the kitchen table and I was facing out when I saw this thing just hovering, passing by a few hundred meters away, and I yelled "look at that!" and instead of turning and looking through the window door, my cousins and my sister just took off scared, I wasn't expecting that reaction. Then, one of my cousins sitting right in front of me (I was standing behind him) tried to leave and I had hold his head with both my hands and turn towards the door and said: "Look at that!".
Some thirty years later we're talking about UFO's and I ask him if he remembered that and he replies: "Yeah, the diamond shaped one"

Pretty wild, though I believe every word you mention about your sighting. I myself seen them supposed orbs here in Chicago. It was a few orbs. Can't remember if all of them were emitting smaller orbs from them, or just one of the orbs doing that. It was like five years ago. I like these there interesting as someone who’s grandfather worked for NASA and was a navy engineer who had patents on the Apollo space craft told me he was tasked with reverse engineering a craft not of this world. By the way my grandfather has passed form this world.

According to Robert Schroeder's hypothesis, the round dry spot on the ground would have been formed as the strong gravity from the UFO attracted the water to the UFO. Then, the water would have been gobbled up by micro black holes that surround the underside of the UFO.

A spinning top saucer uses a another type of propulsion system called gyroscopic induction using very high E M F matrix induction systems within the craft.In other physics terms , it will warp the magnetic field within the set matrix.This then warp the field outside of the craft, so time will slow down within the matrix field outside of the craft .The quantum E M F field will not break down unless the craft , gets a malfunction within the magnetic field.Seeing godfrey was inside the craft time will not effect the matrix outside of the craft, it will be still going on.Once you are inside of the craft time stops still.Albert Einstein equations simplify , this method in full.It sounds like his watch stopped inside of the craft than outside of the craft.The conclusion remains, that he was inside of the craft when he was outside of his police car.This then remains when he was outside of the car his watch was running slow.When the light coming from the saucer , was getting brighter the E M F matrix induction field was getting stronger.Making his watch getting slower outside of the car.Then somehow he was transported inside of the craft within the bright light flash.If he looked at his watch then within the craft, it would have stopped not outside of the craft.Would have slowed down by 100th of a second or higher but not stopped at all.Even the glass on the watch could have broken.So then i believe that he was outside of the police car and not inside of the car when this event happened.Hence time slowed down.
