Isn't NYC's program called Gifted and Talented? Why does the one panelist keep switching it around?

You can talk about education and any part of it around and around all day. The only solution is equal funding and equal access irregardless where the tax dollars come from within the State. That's what creates segregation in school district to school district. Where homelessness and poverty are concerned that's a different social problem under a separate budget. With that education and every other budgetary problem is involve is a politic more interested division that favors the wealthy disproportionate to the care and happiness of the whole based on the humans most in need. A societies measure of good is how well a society cares for its most needy, and not their destruction.
