    ✍🏻INGREDIENTS:
    * Green Moong Dal(हरी मूंग दाल) - 1/2 Bowl
    * Chickpea Lentil/Chana Dal(चना दाल) - 1/2 Bowl
    * Water(पानी) - 1 Bowl
    * Salt(नमक) - Some
    * Turmeric Powder(हल्दी पाउडर) - Some
    * Potato(आलू) - 4
    * Oil(तेल) - For Frying
    * Salt(नमक) - Some
    For Tadka:
    * Oil(तेल) - 2 Spoon
    * Cumin Seeds(जीरा) - Some
    * Asafoetida(हींग) - 2 pinch
    * Kashmiri Red Chili Powder(कश्मीरी लाल मिर्च पाउडर) - Some
    * Coriander Powder(धनिया पाउडर) - Some
    * Coriander Leaves(धनिया पत्ती) - For Garnishing
    For Masala:
    * Red Chili Powder(लाल मिर्च पाउडर) - 1 Tsp
    * Salt(नमक) - As Per Taste
    * Turmeric Powder(हल्दी पाउडर) - 1/2 Tsp
    * Kashmiri Red Chili Powder(कश्मीरी लाल मिर्च पाउडर) - 1 Tsp
    * Coriander Powder(धनिया पाउडर) - 2 Tsp
    * Dried Mango Powder(अमचूर पाउडर) - 1 Tsp
    For Koki:
    * Wheat Flour(गेहूं का आटा ) - 2 Bowl
    * Gram Flour(बेसन) - 1/2 Cup
    * Salt(नमक) - 1.5 Spoon
    * Red Chili Powder(लाल मिर्च पाउडर) - 1 Tsp
    * Turmeric Powder(हल्दी पाउडर) - Some
    * Coriander Powder(धनिया पाउडर) - 1 Spoon
    * Carom Seeds(अजवाइन) - 1/2 Spoon
    * Cumin Seeds(जीरा) - 2 Spoon
    * Dried Fenugreek Leaves(कसूरी मेथी) - Some
    * Dried Pomegranate(सूखा अनार दाना) - Some
    * Green Chili(हरी मिर्च) - Some
    * Coriander Leaves(धनिया पत्ती) - Some
    * Onion(प्याज) - 2
    * Oil(तेल) - 4 Tbsp
    * Water(पानी) - 1 Bowl
    For Serving:
    * Papad(पापड़)
    * Green Chutney(हरी चटनी)
    * Meethi Chutney(मीठी चटनी)
    * Onion(प्याज़)
    * Green Chili(हरी मिर्च)
    * Butter Milk(छाछ)
    ✍🏻RECIPE:
    firstly, take Potato and cut it in half. Rinse in water to remove excess starch. Now wipe off with a clean towel and deep fry in hot Oil. Stir occasionally, add some Slat & fry on medium flame.
    fry until the aloo turns soft from the center and not crisp from the outside. Take out the fried Potato on a plate & cool slightly. Using a bowl, press the fried Potatoes slightly & make sure the Potato size is intact. Drop the Potato into hot Oil for second frying. Fry until the aloo turns golden brown and crisp. Take some Red Chili Powder, Salt, Turmeric Powder, Kashmiri Red Chili Powder, Coriander Powder, and Dried Mango Powder & mix them all well. Now add Masala to the fried aloo & mix gently.
    For Koki, in a bowl, take Wheat Flour, Gram Flour, Salt, Red Chili Powder, Turmeric Powder, Coriander Powder, Carom Seeds,
    Cumin Seeds, Dried Fenugreek Leaves, Dried Pomegranate, and Oil mix them. keep aside for 5 mins. then bind with the help of water. Apply some Oil on it and make dough balls. sprinkle some Wheat Flour and roll it & roast it on a Tawa by applying some Butter on it and make it crispy. Serve the tasty and crispy Koki.
    For Dal: take some Moong Dal, and Chana Dal and soak them separately for 1-2 hours. Then put the soaked Moong Dal, and Chana Dal in the cooker with Water, Salt, and Turmeric Powder. Keep the cooker on the flame and give it 2-3 whistles, then release its pressure. take out the dal in bowl.
    For Tadka, keep the pan on the flame, put some Oil, Cumin Seeds, Asafoetida, Kashmiri Red Chili Powder, and Coriander Powder. turn off the flame. After then put the Tadka on Dal then put some Coriander Leaves and Ghee in it.
