Alex pretty much saved my life without him knowing through his charity. He’s a wonderful friend to this day. One of the best humans I’ve ever met.

Big respect for Fitz. It's great what he's doing and love the way he's doing it. I spent many years working with disadvantaged and disengaged young people taking them into the outdoors and know the benefits they can get from it. Also on a personal level I know the benefits.
Hodge Close is another of those Lake District gems.

Great video per usual. Have to go skull cave soon . What yer mate was saying about going into mountains can heal yerself for a bit , I lost my dad and knowing he wouldn't want me moping I decided to do something we both loved but never got to do together, climb mountains , after he died I heard that the last mountain walk he went on he failed to do as the snow was too dangerous to do sharp edge , I decided to climb blencathra for him, I didn't go via sharp edge as was too dangerous too. I went to phone him when I got to the top then realised I couldn't as he wasn't here no more , got very emotional . I now call blencathra dad's mountain , from then on I decided I'm gonna do this more often, to date I've done 33 wainwright's and every single 1 I've felt he was walking with me , all on my channel for u to see if u have the time to see some haha , anyway what yer mate is doing it sounds amazing

Great video what Alex is doing is just brilliant being in the outdoors is just so good for the mind. Once out in the countryside all everyday life just gets forgotten the same applies when watching these videos. For around 30 mins you forget your watching tv as you get transported into the outdoor world with Adam, that's what I like about these videos they give you inspiration to get out and do the same.
What a quality video, as always but this one is super special. Alex seems a top bloke and all power to him for helping people out, flippin’ ace stuff Adam! ❤

fantastic it’s so important not to forget these people who can get help from nice people as the government there’s not enough i take my hat off to this young man thank god we have these selfless great people and it’s was a great experience and i enjoyed every moment well done mate a great help to a lot of souls ❤
yeh sometimes we have to look out for each other and small acts can have a big difference, governments come and go but community last we may have lost the 'next door style look out for each other' community but a flavour of its still out there you just need to know where to look, theres plenty of good souls out there 🙏

Adam what a brilliant video mental health sucks I suffer every day I have mobility issues and can't walk myself but I have a little plot of land so I've come up with the idea of a 2 birth caravan on it so I can camp in that it great it gets me out and makes me happy I can't moan iam lucky to have a family that understands all the best sweety and stay stelfy x ❤❤
