Always enjoy your videos, Cayley! Could you consider doing a segment, if not an entire shorter video, on stain removal, tips you might have, what products you use, etc? I often struggle with this, as often times the flaw looks worse after I do my spot removal, sooo frustrating!!! Thanks again!

I am not an expert at stain removal. I'd definitely recommend watching someone else's video lol. I mainly just use a spray oxi clean stain treatment. If it's more work than that I usually pass on the item. Sometimes I soak items I know I'm going to get a big profit on like a vintage t shirt.

Hi, I watch your videos religiously. Thank you for sharing, it has helped me on my journey. I’ve been in a slump with sales so I lowered prices but what do you when you the buyer is trying to nickel and dime. Ex: Brooks brothers button down $15 VA send $12 they offer you $11😠😫😒. This happens to me way too often but I’m in a slump. Trying to post regularly but it’s hard when you’re not motivated.
If I'm trying to move items that have been sitting I'll just take the offer. If I know the item is worth much more I'll stand my ground. But $1 isn't worth losing a sale over.
The bread and butter are easier to come by so those are helpful!

Love your videos, I've been concentrating on my listing titles and noticed that your arrangement of wording is quite different then what I'm used to, so im changing a few of my listing to see how it affects my sales. My question is this i noticed that some of your items did not have specific gender, just brand,size etc. Do you notice any difference in the time-line of listing vs actual sale if you leave out womens,mens etc? I've heard that it affects (in a negative way)the search of the item,yours still sold,so just wondering what your thoughts were on this. Thanks
Almost all of our listings include the gender. It's how we structure our titles. The only time I might leave gender off is if we have a keyword that we need to prioritize and the brand only makes one gender.

How do you get stuff at wholesale? could you explain?
There are a lot of resellers turning into "wholesalers". It's basically people who just want to source and will sell to resellers at a reasonable cost. I interviewed a couple of wholesalers on my channel if you want to learn more.
