How do you zoom out that much?

Show hidden files and folders in the windows settings, go to your game folder, open the cam folder, select the file according to your char, and change the 288 to 500 for example.

@@CyboRat230 That was very helpful, thank you. I play on official server, and game keeps changing setting to default. Is there any way to make it permanent?

On Gambit it stays the way you set it, if you use the mouse wheel, no matter in which direction, the setting is reset.
