The V&A Museum of Childhood is in Tower Hamlets, not Hackney
Nice vid but missed out Dalston, Ridley Road, Hoxton...this is just all the gentrified places! I feel like it only shows one side of the borough, but still talks about how it's a culture based on diversity? In many ways Hackney is improving but the gentrification is driving out the actual diversity and original culture :((
Thank you for your comment, we do value your feedback.
Although its a well presented video Near the end you said hackney was 'a whole community based on diversity'...where was the 'diversity' shown in this vid? As someone born and raised in dalston this seems just like it was an ad for high earning hipsters to move in....if i'm wrong then by all means let me and other viewers know but there's more to hackney than vegan cafes and gastro pubs!
Appreciate you feedback - thank you.
I know a lot more about Hackney than I ever did before! Great area guide- thanks!!
Exactly what we love to hear - thank you for the feedback :)
Fr hackney isn’t all this good
Lived in Hackney for 10 years moved there right before the 2011 riots. The gentrification improved the area as brought some really nice cafes to the area and made everywhere feel really nice and lively but also that meant it brought in trendy trust fund kids living on mum and dads bank account. Rent prices ridiculously high.
Thanks for sharing your experience of Hackney.
The program looks more elegant but very expensive dearly.
Hackney has become extremely gentrified and unaffordable to a generation of people who have lived in the borough all their lives. Hackney is becoming more hollow in character. Full of superfluous personalities... It's depressing.
Full of flowery shirt wankers
@@richlee509 LOL you sound depressed. Let me know when you can afford to join me in Hackney
@@4rch13 You're the kind of superfluous person that Simple Sod is talking about.
@@Nick-mq9on okay Nick
makes me want to move to Hackney...great vid...presenter is ace...reminds me of somebody I know.
Thanks for your great feedback! Glad you enjoyed it.
Yh even though they didn't mention it Dalston is a really great place and you can shop and get a lot there be aware of crime though
This gentrification is ruining the real Hackney.
What Gentrification?
Totally agree I grew up in Dalston and its not the same nomore. These wankers treat us like the outsiders
The ‘real’ Hackney? Do you mean the parts that have been turned into third world slums by scum?
Yeah man, really miss old school hackney, crackheads and all. Old hackney was really a community borough, all that is gone now in favour of edgelord hipsters and their bullshit.

As a resident of Hackney you guys made me love my borough even more...some very useful stuff too! Def will buy here if I can afford it :)
Glad you enjoyed it - its a great borough for sure!
Can Hackney people tell me a bit about E2 8LN part of Hackney please? I have seen a flat but not sure if it’s worth it. I heard Hackney is a rough place? Please let me know.
Thank you 🙏🏼
Got a job interview there.watching this video to have an idea about the area before I say yes 😁 thanks.
Best of luck!
Born and bred in Hackney, I love it here ❤️

@@flywithjet1783 Hackney is a great place to live , I was born and raised there . I never experienced any kind of negativity where I lived , people are generally really friendly and helpful.
I would say check out the area where you are thinking of moving like neighbourhood community etc.. just like you would at any other place you would like to live.
Thank you dear for replying. The thing is that I am from west London and never been to Hackney before. I have been looking at CZcams channels and reading reviews. Everyone has different options on hackney and I have seen a one bedroom flat in E2 8LN and I have no idea if it’s the roughest side of the Hackney or average. I have no idea where else to do my research.
But God bless you for taking some time out to reply.
Hi, do you know anything of lower Clapton, please? Hoping to move there
@@darkangelw8472 hi, Lower Clapton has changed so much pass few years .
More middle class people have moved there and very nice little shops and coffee shops have opened up now.
It is a lovely place to live and friendly too with open parks and narrow boats and walk ways not too far from Lea bridge Road.
I hope it has answered your questions :)
Victoria Park is Beautiful
WHAT ABOUT ETHNIC MINORITIES

Hackney still has some dodgy spots. Knife crime is high here still. Don't be completely fooled by this video.
Thank you for your comment. We value your feedback.
Clapton High Road aka MURDER mile
Yeah you'll also find loads of those dodgy people buying drugs and sniffing it in those cool hipster pubs, bars, cafes and apartment blocks - I wonder why you don't hear much about these people?
Like anywhere in London.
@@clownshoe69not really. Knife and gun crimes 7x the national. Much safer boroughs in London.
Essentially every rich kid who got given some pocket money by they're rich parents who call themselves working class and has a upper to middle class income but secretly looking down on anyone not within they level
Nearly got stabbed and mugged here a few times but very nice place
Sorry to hear that!
Move iQ appreciate it but thats only in certain areas the rest of the place are very nice
born an raised there....DON'T KNOW THIS 'MANOR' AT ALL.....been away 4 over twenty years....luvvie lefties is wot i see, wot happened to the old school? priced out. move the riff raff out........................real hackney? not on your life.
Lots of creatives in Hackney now
I love capitalism so the promotion of commerce and property is okay with me. The only issue is the deliberate absence of factual street life in Hackney. Prolific amounts of stabbings, assaults, robberies, drug dealing, shootings and acid attacks.
Do people often get hacked in their knees in Hackney?
we hope not
I love this video. Brilliant info and what a fab presenter ... love it! Well done Move iQ. More please 👍
Thanks for the feedback - so pleased you enjoyed it.
Head to Broadway market every weekend
Is Lower Clapton a nice place to live, please?
Sorry we can't answer that one - none of our team live there. East London has loads going on though.
I'd rather have seen more of the locality than the presenter lying on a park bench or sitting indoors on a settee.
Thanks for the feedback.
Victoria park
Boxmoor House Whiston Estate Shoutout
Hipster promotional video for single hipsters. So what about its Rich immigration history #completenonsense
Tbh Hackney isn't that good. Very industrial. It's like statford before the Olympics
I wouldn’t leave in Hackney even if I was payed but a nice vid though
Beautiful outfit mam
Thanks a lot
Be sure not to mention the crime rate wont you.
