Hello I would like to wake up JBL horizon 2 new, but at startup we can see written around the date and below a little word marked demo mode (which then fades) the time the date everything remains displayed but impossible to adjust anything no button works that then-I do to remove the demo mode?
I scanned the comments and I have a comment that may explain many of the issues people are having. I believe there must have been two or more versions of the Horizon 2 released, either an early and later version, or a North American and European version, or something like that. The version I have has radio and light options for the alarm, but neither these options are noted in the operators manual. I reached out to JBL and they ironically referred me to the owner's manual and other than that, pardon the pun, radio silence.
The question I have is, if you have the version that has the option to wake up with the ambient light (as in this video), does it work consistently? Mine works the first night and then not for subsequent instances of the alarm.
Second question, how do you turn off the alarm so that it is not in snooze mode (quick press of the volume button), but without turning the alarm off using the actual alarm on/off button. I have been long pressing the volume button which seems to do the trick, but sometimes when I do this the light comes on, which leads me to believe that long pressing the volume button to turn off the alarm may be a factor in causing the first issue I am experiencing.
Weird. Long press on alarm turns alarm off for me. Always work, no light come on. My ambient light wake up works always also. I have bought it in EU.

Yes, it’s a snooze button also. But I doubt it would take a strong bam.
Great review. The one BIG problem is that the alarm only stays on for 1 minute and snoozes itself which can't be working as designed :( Anyone else have this issue ?
Yes, same issue. A bit sad, but after snooze it goes off again.

I think best that is around. Not perfect, but sound is very good on Bluetooth/Aux.
Helo! I bought this JBL Horizon 2 clock radio, I managed to do everything you explained and I just couldn't set it to auto off when you turned on the FM radio in 30 minutes, 60 minutes ... (I like going to sleep with the radio on is that it turns off automatically in 60 minutes, it is possible). Grateful!

I have not found better than that. Can be.
@@nobsreviewz You should try out Ankers Soundcore Wakey Bluetooth speaker and alarm. I got it and so far it’s amazing.

So I recently bought one of these - I set it up and everything worked perfectly- for about 7 hours, then the display went black and nothing would work on it. A total failure. Chinese made crap. In my experience I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE BUY THIS PRODUCT!!!!!
