- The Apple iPhone 16 leaks are starting to trickle in and it looks like we might not be seeing much a design change. The base 16 variant will see its cameras move back into a straight like while the Pro 16 variant might have a contraption for its cameras. If the fidget-spinner like design isn’t for you, which to be honest seems unlikely, there is another concept floating around. Are you surprised Apple isn’t changing much?

Bro expects them to like move the camera each year just to be different, I feel like you could really apply the saying “don’t fix something that isn’t broken” here. Sure, changing it a little can be good but they are not “un innovative” or “lazy”, they just don’t need to change how it looks. Also, the changes the position on the non pros back because of spacial video
I keep waiting for them to update the whole phone body but they haven’t since the 12 (12 pro max here)

All I care about is performance and if it does the things I want it to do. I don’t care about its looks. If they upgrade the components inside the phone and features, I’d be interested.
To be fair, there isn't much needed to change, iPhone 11-15 models look just fine personally, I like the 3 camera placement on pro models

What people who say “it’s the same as last year” don’t understand is that they change up the phones incredibly sophisticated internal software and parts, which is what takes Apple a long time and a lot of planning and work to accomplish.
that’s true. But then, you shouldn’t be facing overheating issues on the new phones like people did on the 15 Pro series.
@@VaibhavsTech I completely agree with you- but there are specific factors that determine why the phone is overbearing. Maybe it’s a messed up software or part malfunction, or it’s just individual circumstances such as on for too long, hot external temperature, etc.
and what you dont understand is why should an end user care about that if his experience remains the same? how could you justify such a big investment from an iphone 14 pro to a 15 pro for example when the only change is a new chip and better cameras, as an end user i would like to see innovation not a refresh, cause thats what is it, a refresh not a new model
lets say i take a galaxy s10, give it a sd 8gen 2+, 120hz display and a 200mb camera, is that a refresh or a new innovation? if the design is the same and the only change is slightly better camera and cpu then no ppl are justified to complain

If Apple comes out with that design I'll be baffled. Also I like the features of the 3 camera phones, it's good for lots of photos, but I have never liked the look of the 3 lens phones. I remember when having a front facing camera and a rear facing camera was a big deal back in the iPod touch days, and then having TWO cameras on the back and one in the front was a big jump. Eventually Apple will just make the whole phone out of camera lenses.
Was going to upgrade to the 16 pro from the 14 pro this year… but if it looks like that… might stick with the 14 pro for another year

a lot of people judge samsung for the emojis, and people say they are slow. even though the emojis might be a bit off, they are actually very fast and have just as good of quality as apple. and the camera is pretty good, too, as for the new ones. they have definitely upgraded and shown much improvement and i think they should get more attention.

The 16 pro design is a mix of the 14 pro and the 15 pro but with the camera that looks like a fidget spinner, but poorly drawn.

Yea big companies like samsung and apple do this so people recognize how the phones look, if someone seen how the phone looks they would know its made by that specific company. There are hardware upgrades inside not outside same for samsung but at least samsung does put more stuff

Theres little reason to even upgrade if you have the 13 or 14 pro max model. I recently upgraded from the 11 to 15 and was doing my research, very little difference.
FYI, if a phones design is changing every year, the company isn’t very good at making phones. Samsungs has minimal changes, but you don’t point those out.. 😬
To be fair what else can they add maybe a finger print scanner what ever you call it on the apple logo but we already have face recognition witch is better

I mean what else can they possibly do differently design wise. All cell phones nowadays look’s just about the same, a piece of square metal with a screen and cameras on them.
