Your trying to save diesel you have harrow twice before setting and then harrow again if u had a one pass u just plough and then set some savings on diesel
Be interesting see the difference in yield but no doubt you’ll have an allmighty difference in profit if yields came out close
It'll all look same in she'd come October Phil no matter what way ye planted it & you might have a few litres more left in fuel tank after too 👍

I agree with this Robert but Phils heart is in the right place. They are a close family which is great to see but yea Eric has his difficulties and probably needs a little more encouragement as he's a little slower to pick up things but infairness to him he's improving and will be an addition to contracting team

Would you ever direct drill like olly?
Do you move the pin at the back at all? The one that sets the crumbler? Or just the depth one only. I find its a pain to set the top pin you have to work the disc in deep until you can get that pin in. Good video. 👍🏻

Farmer Phil I am not being critical but I do understand why you do not use wider tillage equipment and not start earlier to work the ground to kill the weeds earlier? I am from the USA and have a difficult time figuring out the two things mentioned. Also really like how you and your wife can take so much baby calves in at once and take so good care of them. A friend of mine has a MF 135 and I showed him you =r video working on it but he never seen a cab on one. Is it a MF cab? Thanks Phil!!
