That kind of political mathematics has been overtaken by time. Even Baba cannot fight the change that is coming. Politics has been a reserve for the rich only, those with a war chest and power to bribe, but now things have changed, you just have to be the right leader, Kenyans will come together and fund you and no need to do tours that are costly, social media has proved this. The job that is before the youths is to do civic education to the rural folks so they can elect good leaders, not politicians and deal makers like baba. Watch this space guys.

Kalonzo never even considered to join Ruto ahead of 2022 elections,never considered to negotiate for a dp position and so I don't think he can think of deputising Riggy G who has very little political experience compared to him

Kamba Mt Kenya is weak compared to Kalenjins Mt Kenya alliance. Kambas don't trust Mt Kenya and second lower Eastern have less constituents than expansive Rift Valley.

đąđąđąđąsilly if young young kenyans yearning for change a better future regurgitate these old men who have been in politics for decades yet nothing good is happening. Magulification of kenya is the way to go. Knew faces like young teachers etc who know the real problems of struggling kenyans.
It's about policy though and sticking with what they promise. Even though it isn't a good pollical combo, we need to securitize policies. The fear is that it might make Westerners especially Luo-Luhya to turn away from Kalonzo and only left with the choice for supporting WSR. If Luos could be convinced to stand behind the duo, then i agree it's Kalonzo to lose. Politically, once you have Luo's, you have 70% of coastal community thanks to Tom Mboya. He secretly imported Luos to coastal side especially Taita Taveta and later on intermarriages with locals. Western side, there's no Luo without a Luhya blood. If WSR choses MDM, they win. Here's the thing, the squabbling you see between the 2 factions allied to Ruto in Mt Kenya is all about the leadership of the mountain. There is a group of young Mt Kenya MPs and people like Moses Kuria who are looking towards the future and they do not think Rigathi is a marketable candidate for 2032 since he is always singing Mt Kenya and hence he appears as a tribal person.So what they want is to replace him early with a more suitable candidate who will be in pole position to take over once Ruto is done. Then there is Rigathi Gachagua who in my opinion doesn't want to be president. In fact he gave a huge hint at this on the podium at a recent ACK function for a new archbishop where he said that since the bishop would retire in 2042, he will have time to spend with him for 10 yrs since he will have retired in 2032. Now because of this, in Riggy G's mind, his ONLY job is to unite the mountain behind William Ruto. He has no intention to play national politics like all these other politicians who aspire to be president. But of course he executes his mandate as DP in all parts of Kenya as the constitution demands of his office but POLITICALLY his only job ni mlima nyuma ya Ruto. The reason why the other group is angry with him is because he is seen as being selfish since there are other people who can unite the mountain and still be marketable in 2032 but he won't step down. The perks of being DP are too sweetđ. Another thing is since they probably know he will retire in 2032, there will be a hole in the leadership in the mountain which could cause a lot of uncertainty. Which is why Moses Kuria tweeted one time, let's say he got 100% of the vote for Ruto, what next? What next for the mountain after that? As for Ruto he has to make up his mind on which path to follow, whether to follow the demands of these young MPs or go with his loyal DP and in my humble opinion, he'll stick with Riggy G because of the votes. He is incredibly influencial in Central Kenya.
If i was president Ruto i would have chased Farouk Kibet to work at his farm in Sugoi. Oscar Sudi to either learn to speak in parliament or he disappears away from S/house.
