Thank you so much for all the information you put out on your channel. I am a 59 year old former college pitcher, who has been doing endurance sports (triathlon) for the last several years. Watching these vlogs has gotten me back into adult baseball, which I did for a few years in my early 30’s. I’m throwing again, hitting, and looking forward to a new season. Keep these coming! I love them!
I’ve always wondered about spring training and I can watch pro practice/talk about practice/stretch all day! Thank for answering question.
1.) When do the teams go over signs ? How often?
2.) Do players (maybe some of the minor leaguers) sleep at the complex ?
3.) Do minor leaguers interact with big leaguers ?
4.) Does the team limit any additional work you want to put in? Say, a bullpen you want to throw in your own? Hitting ?
5.) Do onboard players ask you as new player about how you had them scouted ? Do you talk about former teams and how they do stuff ? Let’s say you are playing the Reds, would you tell the Dodgers about Maybe an unknown Votto weakness at the plate ?

Remember when you placed for Cleveland and you guys had a game at Boston. I was there with my whole baseball team and I got and autographed ball by the whole team including you. And my friend Kyle said to you “are you ready to hit some dingers” and you said “actually I’m a pitcher”. That was the best and funniest day of my life.

One thing I would love to hear is how you are trying to adapt to a new team at spring training. First time in your career you've signed with a team in FA obviously, how different is this year compared to others where you would walk into a locker room you already knew.

Bauer has the best delivery as a pitcher. Try it. I use a # of different wind up deliveries and his is by far the best. Keep those hands low during the wind up. Not sure why it works, but it does.

Happy for you and your new adventure with the Dodgers Trevor ! How do you approach a change in routine when yours is already working so well (ie conditioning before throwing). I’m all for an open mind and always evolving but you know yourself best, the teams programs aren’t always adapted to individuals

Good to see your happy with your decision. While I’m a Reds fan, I’ll still follow you! Love your attitude and determination! I hope when you come to Cincinnati later in the year you’re on the mound. You’ll probably get a lot of harassment from the fans here in Cincy but it’s because we respect and love you here.
