It won't stay long unless the wall is drilled to the next side and put bolts on both sides of the wall.

Hello I have a question. I also installed it on my wall but one of the upper bolt went loose from the stud, now i can't tighten it I got It welded on that particular point...so do you think Welding will be enough to hold my weight? Sorry for writing a long text
Edit. I can't change the nuts as it has been welded with the wall.

Bolts in the set didn't gave much support, so it's better to get bolts of bigger size.

Yes it can hold for long term but the screws should be tightly fixed.
It can handle upto 500KG
This is royelbolt...
I would not install this on a hollow cinderblock wall. The cinderblock would not support the force of someone hanging from this unless it is filled solid with cement or concrete.

@@RaviSingh-pf6ce agar diwar majboot hotoh "wall anchor fasterner kit" use karei but again you might face issue, no guarantee of strong fixing
Only solution for strong fix is to drill the hole, do some welding work by attaching some MS sheets to pullup bar and make cement plasting, it will work.
This is what I have done finally but it will cost extra n it will be strong, utmost care to be taken in checking the horizontal position of pullup bar before filling with cement, if it is uneven it's of no use n your money will get wasted

Will M12 bolts require the rectangular plate holes to be enlarged? I'm facing problem with this same product the bolts that came with it aren't tight enough.
I used M10 instead of the M8 that came with the product. Used 14mm bit and Bosch Hammerdrill in drill+hammer mode. No issues.

Hey Dr. Basu, I have brain teaser for you.... How do you perform t bar pull-ups with an at home pull-up bar? With and without the actual t bar. I want to isolate those wing-lats by locking up my arms in a 90 degree angle for the entire pull-up rotation.
Maybe we can just use the hammer grip or use close grip for pull-ups.🤔
