Rez has always been an irresistible call, the song was a Pied Piper’s whistle, the sound you followed if you heard it rising from the dance floor. It was like an addiction, an itch to scratch, a rabbit hole to race down. It offered an introduction to a new world, throwing open a trap door shining with bright luminescence.

I heard this live on the radio as I lay drunk in my bed. It was truly life changing if only my musical life. I was a metal head. It blew my mind, happily.
Haha! First time I heard it on the radio I was also lying in bed, but with a stinking hangover. I was also a rocker at the time, but this opened the door to a whole new world of music. Down the rabbit hole I went, never to re-emerge! :)

This rendition of Rez/Cowgirl is the best of any that I've ever heard. I was lucky enough to hear it once at the Mayan show in '98, and have wanted to hear it again each time they play it. It's THAT iconic!

Way back in ''93 the original of this nugget made me acutely aware of its existence at the Rocket in Holloway Road and from then on nothing would ever be the same again
First heard this live at T in the Park 95 and to this day is still one of my favourite dance tracks of all time

Love this version of one of Underworld anthems. Takes me back to my influential late teenage years when the possibilities of life suddenly opened up and I connected with people that showed me there was more to life. Xx
This is an all-time, epic tune. From the slow burn on the intro, through to the peak, and back down again.
I've still got my digitised cassette recording of this from the original Radio 1 broadcast because it's easily the best live version I've heard. Absolutely incredible energy, huge, huge sound. Love it love it love it! So happy to have a proper high quality version now!
Just imagining this as a surround sound live mix with 'everythings', sounds and vocals coming from different speakers, that would be a musical trip

You are indeed worthy, my friend. Underworld is a part of all of us. One of the few artists that have the ability to do that time and time again over the years.
I remember listening to an Underworld set on Radio 1 when i was in HMP Ford in 96. I wonder if it was this. I went round borrowing radios and headphones so i could listen loud without pissing off the spur i was on.

I have this album, its call "Underworld Exploding all over Europe." The CD is cut on the top and bottom, it looks like a sharks mouth. You tube the title and look for the disk I described, this is only half of it.
