What type of guitar player are you? 👇
Pianist
Drummer that lets nobody touch my shit
None of them. I’m a rhythm guitarist
Depending on the day all of them
The show one and faster hand
Tapping is the ultimate showoff technique, its much easier than it looks and it will impress everyone in the room, I love using it hehe
I think sweep picking is more honestly, for me it's easier than tapping and sounds more advanced (except if you are between people don't know ANYTHING about music, then play eruption)
@@Gabrostil sweep is more impressive for people who know some technique and can appreciate how hard it is to master (I'm quite bad at it, as a matter of fact lmao), tapping is a lazy no-brainer "look he plays the guitar with both hands on the neck and very fast so he must be real good" type of showoff for people who really know nothing about guitar lol
thats why to me its the ultimate showoff technique, its lazy, easy and turn heads
@@lucaprado544 tapping and playing the guitar with two hands is different things
Both of them are show off as fuck, the main difference is that two hands is actually hard af
Edit: but yeah i kinda agree, but at the same time i can play a 16th note bm arpeggio over and over again, and people think that is hard but it's actually really easy imo
@@lucaprado544 it is IT RELLY IS
@@Gabrostil dude what are you saying 😂 I get the impression you’re trying to weird flex cuz nobody knows what sweep picking is unless you actually play the guitar like fr. I’m willing to be even most intermediate guitar players don’t even know what sweep picking is and it takes a lot of practice to master. And anybody who doesn’t play guitar will have no idea that you did anything special at all.
I’m the guy that forgets everything when someone asks me to play them something.
Too meee damnnn
yep, as a drummer/vocalist, i can't remember shit any time I play guitar lol (bass it a bit easier for me to get back in the groove tho)
Get that thought of your head. just start freestyling and get into a rhythm, that’s literally all you need to do, then once you get the feeling play what you know. People don’t care what you play, as long as they see you can play a little bit and have an ounce of rhythm they’ll vibe. Get past that mental block if you actually want to play guitar live eventually. Seize the moment
😂
Fast hands!
im the guy thats constantly practicing one or two songs over and over until i get them perfect
I'm the guy who practices songs over and over and still can't play them without messing up
I'm too
Best, traditional, way
Then forgot everything you've learn about the last songs when you moving on to the next songs
So basically the perfectionist
I loved Hit the Lights, and the scream at the end 😂
You beat me to it lol
No life ‘til leather!
@@Bladez07 Gonna kick some ass tonight
What’s hit the lights?
@@emtac1937metallica song from kill em all
I’m the “Illegal One”
Doesn’t actually play guitar (plays bass). Goes into any guitar store, plays stairway to heaven, sweet child o mine, smoke on the water, etc. because they’re the only songs he knows. Leaves without any explanation and goes home to play bass.
what a chad
Literally me, (I'm taking a break from playing bass rn)
No. Ur the “ will literally go to jail” one
WTF you get to “leave” after trying Stairway?
Most people just get kicked out as soon as they see you putting your finger on that fret.
Lol that's actually the funniest
At the end the guy just put a bunch of Van Halen taps together to make one ultimate song lol
That’s actual from live without a net
I'm the guy who just aggressively strums power chords lol
SAME
same
I am so too
Fuck yeah, same
Felt that
Definitely the beginner. But also the one who just opens the case then stares at the guitar to put it back soon after
In the words of Jack Black: "I play power chords and I play them with ferocity and passion"
Lol Kurt Cobain did the same and I can also say I do the same lol
He killed the Live Without A Net at the end!
The tapping is actually as hard as mastering Hit the Lights 😂
What guitar is that? That shit is nice
Not sure exactly which make or model but it's some kind of super-Tele, I see a floating bridge with a Drop D lever which is interesting, as a whole it's based off of the Telecaster Deluxe
It’s a dean guitar I think
ibanez i think, i play a kramer night swan
Damn that eddie solo was clean
I recognized it right away as an evh lick, but I cant put my finger on which one. I'm terrible with names
@@Prof_Unknown Seems to be mix of a few of ed's tricks with something he always did during live solos at the end there.
@@Prof_Unknown Live without a net
That end of the tapping was the beat it solo
bros scream was so powerful he rewinded time into the past and back
I would love to hear Adam sing hit the lights
I wanna hear Roxanne
NO LIFE 'TIL LEATHER, GONNA KICK SOME ASS TONIGHT!
WE GOT THE METAL MADNESS, WHEN OUR FANS START SCREAMING IT'S RIGHT, WE'RE ALRIIIIGHT yeeeaaAAAAHH
@@sthirteen WHEN WE START TO ROCK WE NEVER STOP AGAIN
@@snow-puppetsofficial360 HIT THE LIGHTS
The bassist is hands down the best musician, as far as i have seen from this videos, he can play anything
I love when the bassist ends all his stuff screaming hahahaha
Suprised he knows Hit the Lights lmao
Bro Ryan can play everything💀
so can adam 😒
Everyone can but their different 🗿👍
Not only that but he’s GOOD at all of it. You can tell how much times he’s put in. I know he’s primarily a bass player, but he can kill it on guitar and drums too. His voice ain’t half bad either.
There's no big deal in playing guitar when you play a bass, lol
Props to the third player for playing “Hit The Lights.” Bonus for doing the scream.
The last section was him playing Eddie Van Halen’s eruption from 1986 from live without a net
The one who hears a Tenacious D song once and can immediately play it on guitar and sing at the same time.
Johnny needs full eruption solo on here like the Crazy Train and Killer Queen Solo Videos🔥🔥🤘🏽Rock On Y’all
Ryan's screaming 😂❤
Guys, so heart warming...when he said "🎵🎶🎶🎵🎵🎵🎵🎶🎵AAAAAAAAA"
Bro slid into thunder struck for a second
I never played a guitar. That, & I've never had one. My dream is to learn how to play one tho.
Do not give up
Every pro guitarists have back and hip pain.
If you pick up the instrument get ready for a life time of pain.
@@roberth4395 I think that's only if your posture is as bad as mine
@@loganstrickler you can get Scoliosis just by carrying the instrument
For "The Overconfident One": That new Buckethead track sounds fire as hell lol
That Hit the lights cover was awesome 🔥🤟
Really was
I am that one guy who will play nice slow solos but also experiment the living hell out of my squire 💀
hey confidence is key in music so don't sweat it
I tried to learn guitar once. He took it from me and handed me a base. Rock lobster
The overconfident one reminds me of a drummer I interviewed not to long ago.
I’m the “I have a guitar but can’t even play a single note”
Do a Hit the Lights cover! Play the riff right though 😂
I'm the secret 5th guitar player, the "Air Guitarist". Throwing hands when the guitar solo kicks in during the song I'm listening to. I've also tried dabbling in "air drumming", but I thought it would be better to learn one instrument before moving onto another.
Only true Metallica fans gonna recognize that riff(I also can’t relate because I play drums)
Or true mustaine fans, haha
@@stillwelltjz6798pretty sure Hit the Lights was written before Metallica
@@DaEpicTable yea. It was a joke
The beginner is definitely how I felt watching a battery intro tutorial on CZcams
"what kind of guitar player are you?"
me: "drummer"
I need my own category: beginner fast hands that actually isn't that bad
jokes on you, im a bass
Man started playing Hit The Lights
I don’t know if anyone noticed, but the Fast One was “Hit The Lights” by Metallica. I got really excited when I heard it.
Me: the fast hands
My mate: the show off
I'm somewhere between the "beginner" and the "fast hands".
I'm a classic guitarist for about 8 years, and I love it!
That first guy was an absolute genius. More of him please!
he sings...
HIT THE LIGHTS
The humble one that’s decently good, but doesn’t like showing anything off unless I’ve practiced it to utter perfection.
The one that’s played since they were 8, 14 now, the drummer that’s played since 5, 9 years since our band DemonicA formed, we used to be a bunch of five year olds fucking around with bins and markers, we’re getting old. 2013 - 2022, my band has came far, 2565 albums sold on the roads, in 5 years, let’s fucking rock
between fast hands and show off, cause i love finger tapping to show off cause its easy and looks hard and honestly, playing a fast riff sounds badass.
Alex is rizzing me up 💀
You guys are so awesome glad I subscribed to you🤟
I'm the guy that has "27" different songs of sheet music out at the same time, switching songs too often. I get the music pared down to maybe 5 songs and the sheet music starts creeping back. I need to pick One and learn it completely and then go on to One more.
Love ya Vids!!❤️💙❣️💓💖💝💘💚💛🧡♥️💜🤎🖤💟🤍💌💗💞💕
I’m the guy who plays every forbidden riff in guitar shops.
Hit the Lights and Eruption in one video. Fuck yeah
Doing the tapping technique makes me feel like im eddie van halen witch i COULD NEVER BE but iv always looked at my guitar and take it everywhere i go so ig in a way i carry eddie with me everywhere i go
its so funny when RYAN screams
I’m definitely the fast hands, but with more screaming
RYAN STOP SCREAMING YOUR VOCAL CHORDS WILL DIE (just kidding, keep screaming, scream in my face)
The hit the lights cover was actually pretty good
I've always been a flashy person so I'm definitely a show off. I'm not too confident about my playing but I know what my skill level is so I wouldn't say I'm the confident one...
Too spot on with Smoke On The Water. That's THE beginner song.
I loved the last guy. Tapping is an easy technique to use but it more difficult to get a clean run than most people think.
I'm the bassist version of show-off (For Whom The Bell Tolls Day On The Green intro, but with tapping. It sounds almost the same but it's way easier)
Fast hand and when i love the song then im screaming too
Hit the lights is wild
Fast hands and the one that screws up every lick 🤣
Hit The Lights!
*Absolutely jams*
AAAAAAAAA-
I fell in love with the last one
As a giant Van Halen and Eddie fan. That part of the eruption solo was literally the most spot on thing I've ever heard. Please make a full cover of that if you can
HIT THE LIGHTS LOL
I've been playing for 14 years but I'm still fast hands mixed with beginner.
I’m the forever stuck in the pentatonic jail kind.
I'm the one who can play almost anything in my bedroom but can barely play a d chord correctly in front of someone 😂😂😂
1. Vocalista
2. Baterista
3. Baixista
4. Guitarrista
I'm the kind of guitar player who has zero self confidence until the second I pick up the instrument and suddenly I become a completely different person. out of these types though, probably the show off because tapping is fun.
Mix between Fast Hands and Show Off
I’m ‘smashing the guitar’ one 🤘🏼
Me grabs a acoustic that one guy in the back play wonderwall
Im the slow hand type,,not flashy but peeps seem to enjoy how i play
I'm the beginner but the guy for fast hands playing whiplash was great
The based bass one ☕🗿
The beginner song was the first song I learned to play on guitar
Definitely the show off. Eruption tapping goes hard
That last one was so sick
Definitely "fast hands" alternate and downpicking for live
A Telecaster with a Floyd Rose? Nice. I’ve never seen that before.
🎶Master of guitar is tapping your strings!🎶
The one who is playing for 20 years but when people say play something forgets everything.
The beginner but I can play Enter Sandman and I can already play the intro of The Shortest Straw (both Metallica)
i like the metallica riff that the 3rd dude did
Love the Shreddercaster
The second one he plays is smoke on the water I play that in marching band at stephens county
I'm definitely the Fast Hands lolololol
Kudos to whoever let the singer handle their rig.
I'm actually a acoustic and classical type 🐼
Dirt devil with occasional gentle harmonic
