He is THE MAN for this thing and has tested everything and is currently on going further testing
Also honourable mention for Muscle
The Buffalo STX is still a good choice, it's just behind the Dominator GT in lap time and is fairly easy to get the hang of
For Sports Classics another honourable mention is the Ardent, very agile and easy to drive, not quite as good in top speed but generally it's a good pick
For Offroad, an honourable mention is the Kamacho, while it is slightly off pace it can get through the deep water nicely and is still fairly good for speed
For Tuners, an honourable mention (that was mentioned in the video) is the Jester RR, generally this thing has great handling and a good top speed, it lacks a little in grip but if you enjoy oversteer, it's better for you
For Sports, honourable mention could go to ALOT but the Banshee HSW and Stirling GT HSW are still up there, fantastic to drive and very high top speeds
For Supers, an honourable mention is the LM87, a decent top speed, higher than the S80RR and alot of grip
I just realized the Sadler is one of the last 2013 OG vehicles still competing in a class which is pretty cool lol. Awesome video Digital🔥

Imponte Arbiter GT with hsw upgrade will ride the rear bumper forever
M-100 Tulip and Peyote Gasser are pretty good for wheelies too.
Dominator GTT can outrun them if you do it very well even though the car is slower, but it has a better wheelie.

The Imperator (Arena) has a tested top speed of 132.75 mph it is the fastest muscle car in the game. It's also weaponized and takes a lot to blow it up

Very spot on tier list. These pretty much all are my personal preferences, ive ignored most other youtubers opinions, where their testing is very vague. Id say the Desert Raid for the off road budget with the bf400 for races with water. Id also add the STX in with the non HSW muscle class, it performs very well. I think this list is the only list i cant disagree on for any class. I also had no idea the omaggio was close to the kreiger/emerus, ill have to give that a shot.

Can't tell you how frustrating it is that some GTA videos out there just have HSW upgrades and forget the Old Gen users.
I was hoping the Terminus Jeep was the fastest Off-road vehicle but the Draugur remains the winning champ.

The Sadler is definitely an under rated beast. I’ve taken it out to the mountains with our (off-day) crew off-road meets and it may not have a ton of power, but with careful throttle control it’s certainly an underdog. Like that old tale “The Little Train That Could”.

Is the race bike still better than someone who knows how to bunny hop speed glitch really well on the bmx?
I would say on old gen/HSW off in the muscle class the Buffalo STX is still right up there as well

My goto is always the Stirling GT fast enough to keep up with the top fastest cars and is one of the best with handling, you can hit corners without having to even slow down at all if you know what youre doing, plus its definitely the hest sounding car in the game
My favorite car in the whole game. Only thing it fails for me is top speed. Cutting traffic on the highway, it struggles to keep up a bit, who cares when u look and sound this good😅
Hey!!! The apocalypse version of the death bike from the arena war website with boost....if you hold a wheelie and boost...while holding the wheelie and boost for a long time I got up to 512 mph during the high-speed challenge during game it was also snowing too it probably helped it too get higher but still on dry land it's still beets all the boosted vehicles and glitched ones

Who knew the Sadler truck was the fastest in the utilities class. I have two of those trucks just because I like the look of it. Also I always thought the Sadler looks more like a 2003 ford f-250.

DCA, I think the Oracle XS (Old) just got a random refresh. I’m on old gen, but I drive it all the time and it sounds a little different and seems faster. Maybe even a Zion beater? Idk, let me know if you notice anything

I was wondering if you could do a customization of a Dinka Go Go Monkey Blista? It would be nice to see if it is any different than a normal blista.
Need to do the arena unlock stuff for that I think.
It's literally a standard Blista Compact with a different livery
For an addendum, a Calico is actually faster than a Pariah, so a Calico is my recommended for the Sports class.
As for the Tuners class, it is more a matter of what car to bring to what race. For mostly-straight races, (The Business End), a Calico will win every time. However, for twist/turn races ("Back At The Rancho" or "Home Street Home") a Vectre will win every time. The reason being is because a Calico never has a chance to reach top speed on a twist/turn race. In addition, Calicos have a thrust/weight ratio greater than 1/1, so even with the AWD, they don't like turns. Only an EXPERIENCED, and I mean EXPERIENCED driver should even attempt to use a Calico on a twist/turn race. Calicos are designed for straight-line speed. Simple as that.
Meanwhile, Vectres are significantly slower, but can easily out-turn a Calico. In addition, the slower speed means a Vectre actually does reach top speed before reaching the next turn. Vectres are designed for turns and shortcuts. Simple as that.
So, buy both, and bring the correct car for the correct race.
As for a Sultan RS Classic, don't even bother. The body is too short, and the thrust/weight ratio is too high, so they WILL start helicopter spinning while driving in a straight line.
As for a Jester RR, don't even bother. They are RWD, so they will outright not turn, or will spin out. They also are not as fast as a Calico.

Stirling GT is a monster, Stirling GT and the Omaggio are the best if there's alot of corners, and the Stinger GTO or the Vigero ZX are the best if its a straight line race imo

GOOD ON SOME TRACKS ESPECIALLY THE ONES THAT HAVE TUBES IT GETS CRAZY BOOST FROM TUBES
Torrero XO is an entire 2 seconds off the emerus/krieger on most tracks.
Also, in stunt race situations with lots of tubes, the deveste eight is a little quicker. I tested that part myself mutliple times and timed it before making this vid
Any car that is awd is good in those tube props
Torero XO is only one of the best on last gen, it gets smoked by so many cars on current gen consoles

calico is a pain to drive its only understeering
It ain’t about the car, it’s about the driver
combination of both. Driver skill is definitely number 1, but if you're racing against even slightly above average drivers, you're gonna start to need one of the top 5 fastest cars at that point

Cycles Class the fastest is BMX with jumping bunny
Need a long straightaway race for that. But for most normal cycle races with lots of turns, the race bikes are the more consistent choice

Hsw was the nail that ruined this game, tuners pushed the line, its like comparing propeller planes to jets, the stat boosts are absolutely ridiculous.
Races are only 10%, for the other 90% if you aren't using an hsw your miles behind someone who is, its boring.
Hsw is the SOLE reason i havent moved to next gen gta yet, ill keep my 30fps..
