Delhi mein hi kayi school hai..aur ek mein hi padhati thi.. aise fake fake dikhaane ke liye school site pe bhi fake report daala hai school ke bare mein. did school is unique,v teach like dis n dat. v teach international languages.. even unke Pas language ke proper teachers tak ni Hain..
Actually you are quite right the foundation is not great at all... First we want is free education upto teen age especially in private and government school both and second we want to remove the percentage number system till that age as this is what to leads to peer pressure on them and this peer pressure refers to the pressure by the parents, by the teacher, by the society to score good marks so that comparison can be made... But till the age of 12 a kid takes interest in various things and after that proper professional courses like you mentioned in this video of cooking should be imparted so that they can make their own career like becoming chef in their own best field. This will also lead to very good work ethics within the kids as they'll be doing only the things that they love and desire. This is also a way to remove not only the frustration but also remove corruption completely atleast from the upcoming generation, can't possibly hope much from this generation to remove corruption completely, will have to rely on the next generation that too after the changes in education system.

my mom works in a purely govt school, she daily comes home frustrated looking at how lazy the teachers are, students in the 4 th standard dont know basic addition subtraction multiplication, yet the the teachers draw their payments on time without any shame , the level of corruption in govt schools is unbelievable.the teachers timepass in the staff room, use offensive language with students, the students behave rudely with other students and even with teachers, a boy had hit my mom with a stick and never accepted his mistake. And u say teachers are not paid well and removed from their jobs . govt school teachers come to school jst to time pass cos anyways there is no one to watch them and they get paid on time .

Even after 73 years of independence we indians are fighting for mandir/mosque. Our society is still living in old blind faith.
In this country everyday their is only one topic going on Hindu/Muslim not single day is without it then how this nation is going to progress. No one talk for the welfare and development of this country.

सर , मुझे लगता है कि हमें नौकरी पाने वाला नहीं बल्कि नौकरी देने वाला बनना चाहिए । चुकी मेरी उम्र अभी 23 साल है तो मुझे लगता है कि ये सही समय है कि हम कुछ ऐसा करें जिससे दुसरो को भी रोजगार मिल सके और मैं इस पर कड़ी मेहनत भी कर रहा हूँ । साथ ही साथ चाहता हूँ की जो भी मेरे भाई बहन अच्छी नौकरी न मिल पाने के वजह से परेशान हैं तो वो नौकरी पाने के बजाय कुछ ऐसा करने की सोचें जिससे कि वो दुसरो को भी नौकरी/रोजगार दे पाएं। हम जिस देश मे हैं वो प्रतिभा सम्पन्न देश हैं , हमें जरूरत है नई अवसर को तलाशने की , उन्हें पहचानने की और उसे नई दिशा देने की । इसी उम्मीद के साथ आपका दोस्त।

अगर सरकार बेरोजगारी हटाने के लिए जितनी भी खाली पड़ी जमीने हे वो तो सरकार के दायरे मे ही होंगी तो उसपे खेती करनेके लिए यूथ को प्रोत्साहित करे ,उस खेती का कुछ पर्सेंटेज सरकार को दे, एक एप्लीकेशन बनाए उसपे रजिस्ट्रेशन करनेके बाद सरकार सामग्री उपलब्ध कर देगी और कम से कम 30% बेरोजगारी तो दूर होगी? और बात आयी एजुकेशन की तो हमे अभी भी फ्लॉपी डिस्क के बारे मे ही पढ़ा रहे हे. 😅

Our engineers are figuring out how to make electric car when outside their engineering college erickshaws are carrying 5 to 10 people easily, travel 80kms, recharge itself without plugging in (by Solar Panels) and that too very cheaply. Teachers teach RainRainGoAway but don't know how drought and floods happen in the very same place. Nobody knows why farmers are committing suicide? Nobody is bothered as long they are getting food on their platter. And the most surprising is our best brains regularly offer themselves for the highest bidders in annual auction held at IITs. Don't our best brains have any solutions for the many problems in India? They don't want to create a Google or Facebook, or WhatsApp or Apple or Windows they just want to work in one!

Sir........आजकल गाँव मे टीचर की नौकरी को सबसे आराम की नौकरी मानी जा रही है। सैलरी भी बहुत अच्छी मिल जा रही है। जिम्मेदारी कोई नही समझ रहा। प्राइमरी स्कूलों में पढ़ाई तो बिल्कुल ही नही हो रही है। ये टीचर लोग खुद अपने बच्चों को शहर के सबसे अच्छे प्राइवेट स्कूल में पढ़ा रहे हैं। जिसकी महीने की फीस इतनी है कि एक गरीब पिता को कमाने में सालों लग जाएंगे।
Amarnath Maurya I'm a B.A.B.Ed 3rd year student. Indian government is emphasizing on integrated courses in education. Now 4 year B.Sc.B.Ed/B.A.B.Ed are given emphasis in many university to produce Professionals teacher.
I am here after the NEP 2020 and your suggestion are almost included in the policy.
But it will take another 20 to 30 years to implement it , there is no law made to implement this policy
