Sir agar 302 case mein police 90 mein charge sheet nhi pesh kr ski or bnda jmant per ho .fir case chlne per forensic lab k liye jo bnde k finger print liye the police ne woh b police se gum ho ge ho toh police kya dubara se fingerprint le skti hai . Fir bnde ne high court mein appeal kr rkhi ho ki nhi dene dubara fingerprint. Is case mein kya hoga. Mudder krne ka koi gwah b nha ho .kisi ne dekha b na ho us jgha per kisi ne .pls reply sir
