The HPD are beginning not to care because their hard work of catching criminals is for naught since the Dem DA, Mayor Sylvester, and liberal judges let them free the same day due to the Dem-passed law, "No Cash Bail Bond." Why catch them when the Dems refuse to jail them? There are no consequences.
Before putting it out on the news and giving the thieves a headsup, why not monitor the large blue mailboxes in unmarked police cars. Simple as that !!!! Most of the time these crimes can be resolved very easy. But it makes me wonder why police work backwards SMH 😏

In most cases you can go paperless. Yes some items with personal information have to be delivered but most don't. Going paperless is the best way to stop this. And harsher penalties obviously but the folks in Texas don't do that. Texas has a reputation for being tough on crime but it's quite the opposite and has one of the highest crime rates in the country. Very bad leadership both at the state level and the local towns and cities.
Memorial is dangerous now especially in and around Memorial Mall. Not long ago a jogger almost killed a woman at 9am in the morning in the women's restroom.

The U.S. District attorney has been keeping in touch with us victims via U.S. Mail about a lady was stealing mail from our apt. complex. Postal police did a stake out and nabbed her. Big time felonies.
