Herein Jamaica we wash the cord it prevents infection then we use white alcohol to clean that dehydrates the cord and keeps it dry it also let's it fall off quickly due to dehydration

Iâve exclusively breastfed with all of my babies for the first 3 months then started to include the bottle as having their father help with feeding and give me a break was amazing.

In terms of breastfeeding, you're doing great. Some babies just don't latch or take a while. Try placing a warm towel on your breats before you pump to help with the hardness. You can also massage your boobs while you're pumping and it also helps â€
