اج مسئلہ یہ ہے کہ اج لوگ تو فرقے چھوڑ رہے ہیں لیکن ساتھ ہی پچھلے تمام علماء وفقہاء کو بھی چھوڑ جاتے ہیں۔ یہاں تک کہ آج کے علماء کو بھی چھوڑ جاتے ہیں ۔ ہمیں فرقوں کو ختم کرنا ہے ناکہ علماء کو خود سے دور کرنا ہے۔ اج کل کچھ لوگ ہے انٹرنیٹ پر جو ہم مسلمانوں میں یہ زہر ڈال رہےہیں ۔ بس اللہ ہمیں فتنوں اور فرقوں سے بچائیں اور ہمیں پچھلے تمام علماء وفقہاء کے علم سے استفادہ کرنا چاہیے ۔
جن کے نام پر مسلک کھڑے کر لیےء گےء ہیں ۔ان کو اماموں نے خود اپنے ہاتھوں سے established. نہیں کیا ہے بلکہ یہ مسلک لوگوں نے بناےء اماموں کے نام پر ۔ لہزا جن کے نام پر حنفی مسلک قائم کیا گیا ہے اسے امام ابو حنیفہ رحمۃ اللہ علیہ نے خود اپنے ہاتھوں سے established نہیں کیا ہے بلکہ یہ مسلک لوگوں نے بنایا ابو حنیفہ کے نام پر ۔ لہزا مسلک اور فرقے آسمانی نہیں ہیں یہ سب پبلک products ہیں ۔ یہ سچایء لوگوں کو بتانا چاہیےء۔ حنفی علماء نے قرآن وحدیث سے بچنے کے لےء اپنے قایدے قانوں خود سے بنالےء ہیں ۔ اور یہ قایدے قانون جس کتاب میں لکھے ہوےء ہیں اس کتاب کا نام ہے - "اصول الکرخی" اس کتاب کے اصول نمبر 28 پر یہ قانون لکھا ہوا ہے کہ قرآن کی وہ آیات جو آیمہ احناف یعنی حنفی امام کے قول کے خلاف ہو تو ان آیات کو نہیں مانا جاےءگا بلکہ ان آیات کی فقط تاویل کی جاےءگی ۔ ( اور دھیان رہے کہ تاویل بھی ایک تحریف ہوتی ہے ) اس کتاب کے اصول نمبر 29 پر یہ قانون لکھا ہوا ہے کہ وہ احادیث جو آیمہ احناف یعنی حنفی امام کے قول کے خلاف ہو تو ان احادیث کو نہیں مانا جاےءگا بلکہ ان کی فقط تاویل کی جاےءگی ۔ دوسری علمی بات یہ ہے کہ بریلوی علماء صرف فقیہ معاملات میں امام ابو حنیفہ رحمۃ اللہ علیہ کی تقلید کرتے ہیں لیکن عقائد کے معاملات میں یہ لوگ امام عسکری رحمۃ اللہ علیہ کی تقلید کرتے ہیں same اسی طرح دیوبندی مسلک کے علماء صرف فقیہ معاملات میں امام ابو حنیفہ رحمۃ اللہ علیہ کی تقلید کرتے ہیں لیکن عقائد کے معاملات میں یہ لوگ امام ابو منصور ماتریدی رحمۃ اللہ علیہ کی تقلید کرتے ہیں ۔ تقلید کی یہ سچایء لوگوں کو بتانا ضروری ہے ۔ شاہ ولی اللہ دہلوی رحمۃ اللہ علیہ بریلوی دیوبندی اور اہل حدیث تینوں کے مشترکہ امام ہیں ۔ شاہ ولی اللہ نے اپنی کتاب حجت اللہ البالغہ میں آیمہ اربعہ کے اقوال نقل کےء ہیں ۔ امام ابو حنیفہ رحمہ اللہ علیہ ،امام شافعی رحمۃ اللہ علیہ ،امام مالک اور امام احمد بن حنبل رحمۃ اللہ علیہ نے خود ان کی تقلید کرنے سے ہمیں منا فرمایا ہیں ۔ لفظ تقلید سے مقلید بنا اور مقلید کا ہندی مراٹھی زبان میں ترجمہ ہوتا ہے " अंध भक्त " لہذا مسلک اور فرقوں کی یہ سچایء لوگوں کو بتانا چاہیے ۔

Let me tell you my brother, you are following the sect of Zakir Naik. So my advice to you is to ask a well learned Islamic scholar, who studied in a madrasa. I mean a mufti. No one has the right to give fatwa except the mufti

So yeah. You better look into what muftis are dictating...look if they are any government aided programme ...like the madkhalis eg Faris and that beer Mufti and many ... wassallam from Kashmir .. جن کے نام پر مسلک کھڑے کر لیےء گےء ہیں ۔ان کو اماموں نے خود اپنے ہاتھوں سے established. نہیں کیا ہے بلکہ یہ مسلک لوگوں نے بناےء اماموں کے نام پر ۔ لہزا جن کے نام پر حنفی مسلک قائم کیا گیا ہے اسے امام ابو حنیفہ رحمۃ اللہ علیہ نے خود اپنے ہاتھوں سے established نہیں کیا ہے بلکہ یہ مسلک لوگوں نے بنایا ابو حنیفہ کے نام پر ۔
لہزا مسلک اور فرقے آسمانی نہیں ہیں یہ سب پبلک products ہیں ۔ یہ سچایء لوگوں کو بتانا چاہیےء۔
حنفی علماء نے قرآن وحدیث سے بچنے کے لےء اپنے قایدے قانوں خود سے بنالےء ہیں ۔ اور یہ قایدے قانون جس کتاب میں لکھے ہوےء ہیں اس کتاب کا نام ہے - "اصول الکرخی"
اس کتاب کے اصول نمبر 28 پر یہ قانون لکھا ہوا ہے کہ قرآن کی وہ آیات جو آیمہ احناف یعنی حنفی امام کے قول کے خلاف ہو تو ان آیات کو نہیں مانا جاےءگا بلکہ ان آیات کی فقط تاویل کی جاےءگی ۔ ( اور دھیان رہے کہ تاویل بھی ایک تحریف ہوتی ہے )
اس کتاب کے اصول نمبر 29 پر یہ قانون لکھا ہوا ہے کہ وہ احادیث جو آیمہ احناف یعنی حنفی امام کے قول کے خلاف ہو تو ان احادیث کو نہیں مانا جاےءگا بلکہ ان کی فقط تاویل کی جاےءگی ۔
دوسری علمی بات یہ ہے کہ بریلوی علماء صرف فقیہ معاملات میں امام ابو حنیفہ رحمۃ اللہ علیہ کی تقلید کرتے ہیں لیکن عقائد کے معاملات میں یہ لوگ امام عسکری رحمۃ اللہ علیہ کی تقلید کرتے ہیں same اسی طرح دیوبندی مسلک کے علماء صرف فقیہ معاملات میں امام ابو حنیفہ رحمۃ اللہ علیہ کی تقلید کرتے ہیں لیکن عقائد کے معاملات میں یہ لوگ امام ابو منصور ماتریدی رحمۃ اللہ علیہ کی تقلید کرتے ہیں ۔ تقلید کی یہ سچایء لوگوں کو بتانا ضروری ہے ۔
شاہ ولی اللہ دہلوی رحمۃ اللہ علیہ بریلوی دیوبندی اور اہل حدیث تینوں کے مشترکہ امام ہیں ۔ شاہ ولی اللہ نے اپنی کتاب حجت اللہ البالغہ میں آیمہ اربعہ کے اقوال نقل کےء ہیں ۔ امام ابو حنیفہ رحمہ اللہ علیہ ،امام شافعی رحمۃ اللہ علیہ ،امام مالک اور امام احمد بن حنبل رحمۃ اللہ علیہ نے خود ان کی تقلید کرنے سے ہمیں منا فرمایا ہیں ۔
لفظ تقلید سے مقلید بنا اور مقلید کا ہندی مراٹھی زبان میں ترجمہ ہوتا ہے " अंध भक्त "
لہذا مسلک اور فرقوں کی یہ سچایء لوگوں کو بتانا چاہیے ۔

تم جو کہتے ہو کہ یہودی ہوجاؤ یا نصرانی تب ہدایت پاؤ گے ‘ تو کیا ابراہیم علیہ السلام یہودی تھے یا نصرانی ؟ اور اسحاق ‘ یعقوب ‘ یوسف ‘ موسیٰ اور عیسیٰ علیہ السلام کون تھے ؟ یہی بات آج مسلمانوں کو سوچنی چاہیے کہ محمد رسول اللہ ﷺ اور آپ ﷺ کے اصحاب رض دیوبندی تھے ‘ بریلوی تھے ‘ اہل حدیث تھے یا شیعہ تھے ؟ اللہ تعالیٰ کے ساتھ اخلاص کا تقاضا یہ ہے کہ ان تقسیموں سے بالاتر رہا جائے۔ ٹھیک ہے ایک شخص کسی فقہی مسلک کی پیروی کر رہا ہے ‘ لیکن اس مسلک کو اپنی شناخت بنا لینا ‘ اسے دین پر مقدمّ رکھنا ‘ اس مسلک ہی کے لیے ہے ساری محنت و مشقت اور بھاگ دوڑ کرنا ‘ اور اسی کی دعوت و تبلیغ کرنا ‘ دین کی اصل حقیقت اور روح کے یکسر خلاف ہے۔

" تمہارا " کا خطاب مخصوص طور پر صرف انہی اہل یمان کی طرف نہیں ہے جو اس آیت کے نزول کے وقت موجود تھے، یا اس کے بعد اہل ایمان کی صف میں داخل ہوئے، بلکہ اس کے مخاطب تمام وہ لوگ ہیں جو آغاز تاریخ انسانی سے توحید، آخرت، رسالت اور کتب الہٰی کے ماننے والے رہے ہیں۔ مدعا یہ ہے کہ اس ملت حق کے ماننے والے پہلے بھی " نوحی "، " ابراہیمی "، " موسوی "، " مسیحی " وغیرہ نہیں کہلاتے تھے بلکہ انکا نام " مسلم " (اللہ کے تابع فرمان) تھا، اور آج بھی وہ " محمدی " نہیں بلکہ " مسلم " ہیں۔ اس بات کو نہ سمجھنے کی وجہ سے لوگوں کے لیے یہ سوال معما بن گیا کہ محمد ﷺ کے پیروؤں کا نام قرآن سے پہلے کس کتاب میں مسلم رکھا گیا تھا۔
