My ex wife refuses to pay the child support agree upon in our divorce papers. For 2 years, I asked for help with Dr visits, and other medical expenses, and she refused. She said I just want child support to go on vacation, or pay for my upcoming wedding. I finally filled with the state to garnish her wages. I received 3 half payments, then she lost her job. She got a new job, her taxes were intercepted, I got 3 more half payments, and she lost that job. Based on the timeline, I'm due to start getting money again, and I'd be more surprised if she didn't lose her job then if she did. In the mean time, in still buying their clothes, still providing their basic needs, still paying their medical bills, and she barely sees them, and acts like I'm keeping our kids from her... At this point, I don't know what to do. Do I wait and hope the child support office desks with her? Do I call them and tell them to deal with her? To I file with the court? Does no one care cause I'm the dad, and I'm not on government assistance...??

what about if your wife is a SAHM for 12 yrs raising child and been married for 17 yrs (together 20) plus?

Isn't child support a title 4 D loan? how much is the loan in question? how much before it is paid off? Also when a man signs a birth certificate in the terms of agreement its stated that someone has to verbally tell them that if they do not pay child support that they will lose their human rights and be reduced to property and as property can be seized thus thrown in prison if they do not verbally state this to the father does that null and void it and be in breach of contract? is taking someones human rights illegal? is treating someone as property illegal? Is child support a multi billion dollar industry for the justice system/lawyers?

What about if one child is special needs, receives SSI, and won't be immancipated until age 25+?
