Matteo initially had a crush on Sarah until they crossed paths on several occasions, became friends. Their fondness and admiration grew when he started to be almost a regular co- host at Sarah G Live 2012. The highlight of their close encounter happened when he was a guest of her SG/ 24 concert in the US, June, 2013. After such event, it made him decided to formally court her. Therefore, ASHMATT fans came into reality. And the rest is history.
