As a mom myself, I get so tired of seeing how other moms use their children as pawns with the father because there's still some animosity there and then the children suffers... absolutely ridiculous!!!

So many bitter exes out there and the only one who hurts is the child. She was fine for 4 years sharing custody and as soon as she finds out he has a fiance then she makes up this story that their child is "hungry". Lies they tell.

Men if you choose to date a single mom be sure to pay close attention to how she treats the child’s father. That could be you one day.
I wish my brother had paid attention to that. She barely lets either of her baby daddies (my brother is her second one) see their own kids. We set up days and she makes things up like “oh she has a birthday party that day.” “We have a trip planned that weekend.” She barely let my brother see his own daughter for 4 hours on Father’s Day, and had the 7 year old ask him if he would sign his rights over and let her change her name!
We thought the first dad was really a deadbeat, but considering my brother calls 3 times a day and asks to speak with his daughter and she either ignores his calls, or says “she’s still busy, she’s already at school, she’s asleep, she’s at a friends house.” We’ve figured out her first husband was probably just as dedicated but she froze him out of the picture. It’s unfortunate that she alienates her children from their own fathers, and I wish she would see how she’s harming her kids
@@darynboynton8897 that is so sad and unfortunately so common. Absolutely disgusting how moms will use their kids as a way to get back at their ex. If he’s paying child support he needs to take her to court and have mandatory visitations set up through the court. My friend was going through the same thing and he went through the courts and because she was constantly breaking the visitation schedule and she would call the cops on him falsely, he eventually got full custody.
@@darynboynton8897 I'm really sorry for what your brother is going through. The mother is a horrific individual to even do such a thing. Hopefully the kids will eventually realize how rotten she has been unless the courts step up. I wish him luck.

Exactly and many times kids just say they hadn't eaten all day when in fact they had. Seen it myself many times with my kids and others.

And that includes lots of times when a child might turn down what they are offered, or maybe were not very hungry, or were actually stressed out to eat. Does not mean that she was starved deliberately by her father and family. Ridiculous pretext to file a restraining order. FFS

For judge Judy she takes the father being in the kids lives very seriously she doesn’t like to hear anything about keeping the father away from the kids and if the mother is trying to do so then she drags the mothers through the dirt when she hears anything that suggests they are then it’s pretty much game over 💀
I could tell immediately this woman is the problem regarding the child issue. The two of them may have had a toxic relationship but she is clearly using the child as a weapon to continue the toxic relationship against him. It's so sad. The damage the "mom" is doing to the child so she can cause pain to the guy... uhg, makes me sick.

@@atakdragonfly1675 unfortunately, too many do it, because they rush into having kids before they really know each other, while still in the early "honeymoon" phase of being together, then having a kid adds stress to the relationship and the cracks begin to show and things crumble.
There are so many women who feel their children are theirs alone. Fathers have EQUAL rights. Children need both of their parents. Every time a mother tries using a child to punish the father it makes it harder for parents who legitimately have safety concerns from being taken seriously.

I have watched this case in its entirety a few trims and I am still blown away the stuff this Mother pulled on her Child and her Dad.. This is awful.. thank God the child has One responsible Parent. I would he gets full Physicals custody after this case

@@missantonia14goldsby This guy had joint custody against his ex's true wishes. I'm sure his was not an unstocked kitchen or that fact would have been used against him in custody battle. No proof, just my opinion.

This is why you should always wear protection!! I'm not sure who is telling the truth about what happened on that day, but considering how many dead beat dads there are, I think this girl should give this guy a little more slack for her daughter's sake.
The abusive parent usually wins in custody disputes. It is really hard to get full custody from a violent and emotionally abusive parent.
Why was there an order of protection needed because the child said she had eaten all day? This girl has it in for him!!!

That mom probably antagonized the child asking her all sorts of questions & the child knowing what her mom wants to hear because I'm sure this happens a lot and probably just started saying things. My family used to do that to me as a child and I would just cave to get the acceptance from them and to get them to leave me alone.

All women know that all they have to do to get the guy out of the house is to go to the court, tell any story because it won't be investigated, and file for a protective order. It's automatically granted until the hearing.
Court mails the hearing date. Woman throws it away, guy never sees it, so the temp becomes permanent.
I have sat in a courtroom for 25 years and I would say about 65 percent are these kind of cases. These mothers are horrible people and should not kids

The truth is they broke up she kept him from him daughter, he got a fiance that probably made things worse so now she gets a restraining order on him and is doing anything to not let him be around the daughter. Even by making sure she doesn’t go to school on days he suppose to pick her up from school. SMH
God, i've said this on similar videos before but seeing situations like this make me so immensely glad I don't have any children😆

It is a very informative case though some things you just have to do the best you can with to avoid that for your children I think that there was a better way to go about it like JJ said.
